Thank you for your thoughts, went to Los Angeles for a training conference, and did better than I thought. They had a workout room, and I took full advantage of it. Did better than 11 miles on their elliptical and walking around town.:Angel_anim:

This is the biggest milestone ever - at 147.0 I was exactly half my start weight.
I am half the woman that I was 14 months ago.
When I look into the mirror - I can see what the weight that I have lost looks like.
