I havent been posting because I was rushed into hospital last week and had to have urgent abdominal surgery. I couldnt weigh myself for a few days - and when I could my weight had gone sky high with the swelling and water retention from the sodium in saline drips and sodium medication (even though I hadnt been allowed to eat for days). I have decided to start posting - but you will see that my weight is dramatically higher

Thanks Shannon - things are healing - but I have restricted exercise for the next 6 weeks. Thank God I lost my weight over the past year. If I was 21 stone things would have been a lot more serious!!! Scary stuff!!!

Hi Everyone!

I have been absent from the group for several weeks now due to the fact that I just moved from Virginia to Michigan and didn't have internet access for a while and had a million and one things going on at once but, now I have internet back I will be back on daily to update my weights.

Because of the move I haven't been to the gym. In fact I have to find a gym in this area. Good thing is I didn't gain any weight but, I didn't lose much either.

Hope you are all doing great with your weight loss! :)

I'm back on track.
