I don't know what happened but, some weight just fell off me the past couple of days.....if only it was that easy every day!

:iagree: It's true we do need to weigh our selfs everyday or we let it get out of hand. This morning i weigh 123.2 pounds and yesterday i was 125 pounds. I went to the gym yesterday though maybe i lost water weight. Either way it's a good idea, i was thinking about putting the scale infront of my fridge so it will motivate me not to over eat. What do you guys think?

I anticipate seeing 129.something by the weekend - by all rights, I ought to be retaining water now, although I'm not seeing it on the scale.

I ought to see goal (although it may not stick) in another month. Starting to bump my calories up as I get close.
