I was doing so well! I had just hit 149 when I went on a crazy party bender since a bunch of my friends were leaving on deployment and I gained back six pounds in just over a week! It is my t.o.m so maybe some of that is water weight. I have to get back on track. Ugh, I feel so disappointed in myself. This has been my first slip up........and it sucks.
