Joey and Mystical - It definitely does get harder the closer that you get to goal. Although I have come a long way I still have a long way to go.

30/01/08: 88.5kg/195.1lb - I was in the 90's all of that day as I think I had water weight, then at the end of that night I suddenly had a steady 88.5kg. So I'll record that. :p

01/02/08: Did not weigh, was out of town
02/02/08: 87.2kg/192.2lb - Diet been a bit screwed up when out of town, wasn't expecting this at all.

Spaghetti with 700mg sodium sauce. Although last week I had the same and lost weight, but probably beers had something to do with it too on the weekend, ah well.

During weekends i always gain weight. This is a drawback because i can't stabilize in a low weight. And during the week i must try to loose the weight i gain during weekend. I feel a little disappointment but i can't really control it. I feel that the weight depends from how are you feeling. If i am feeling stressed i want to eat and so some pounds are added.
