Weekly Weigh In Club

Well done to everyone who has been losing weight and congrats about the baby englangrover!

My eating has been all over the place recently so I've been too embarrassed to post weigh ins :blush5: and I've just been diagnosed with bipolar disorder and the main side effect of my medication is "significant weight gain"! :( But I will not let the pills win and undo my hard work! So this is me getting back on the wagon!

I also just could not do daily weigh ins because of all the weight fluctuations

Okay I weight in on tuesday reluctantly as I was convinced that
all the multigrain bagels(320 calories each) and my love tabbouleh or tabouli
salad would cause me to gain alot of weight in fact I prepared myself for weight gain but instead I lost 5 pounds! :hurray:
I'll be eating more tabbouleh from now on lol

28/11/08 - 111.5 :banghead: How HOW is this possible?! It has to be against the laws of physics! I stayed under my cal limit and exercised for over an hour every day. I never believed in plateau until now :( Surely something has to come off soon? I did get out my tape measure to see if there was any change measurements wise but nothing apart from possibly 0.5in from my bust and that may just have been because I was breathing out more. I definitely haven't been calculating my cals wrong so I don't know what the problem is.

To Leedsboi86 -come join in the fun! We're not competing or anything, just here to support each other so it doesn't matter when you join. The more the merrier :)
 
I hope I can join int because I'd totally love to get in on this action. I have a newly reignited fire for losing weight. So far its working really well!

I'm down 13lbs and it hasn't even been a month. I'm shooting to lose another 20 before christmas when I meet the boyfriend's family.
 
I haven't "officially" started my new life yet... err... I know that sounds crappy!!!!!

I start tomorrow though and I think I should commit to something like posting my weight so I can see how much progress I am/not making haha.

So, I'll go ahead and put my dates up - I'm gonna weigh myself tomorrow and post it up! I'm pretty nervous about it lol. No one has ever known how much I weigh besides me and the fat doc haha. My fiance doesn't even know!!!!

(the 250 is just an estimate until I actually buy a scale ;[ )

I haven't even gone to the gym in 2 days! If I was I'd be kicking more butt, I'm pretty happy though.

Not as awesome of a weigh in as I wanted. I started my stupid period yesterday and I'm SO bloated and retaining water so who knows, maybe its off. We'll see in the next couple days. :ack2:

3lb is a good loss! Especially if its that TOM.

I know I haven't weighed in in a while but I had to give up my scale. I want to know how much I weigh... I don't think its changed much. Anyway I'll still hang around :)
 
Here I go again

I started this thread on August 31, 2008 and got pregnant in September but I'm back on track again. On June 1, 2009 I gave birth to a 9 pound baby boy. He is my third child and I have two older daughters. I gained 53 pounds with him and so far I've lost 36 pounds of that weight. I'm ready to get the rest of it and more off. So off I go:

My weight loss has been very slow because of my addiction to just about all bread products:

29th Apr: 92kg (202.8lb)

2nd May: 90kg (198)

11th May: 89kg (196)

19th May: 90kg (198)

25th May: 89kg (196)

10th Jun: 88.5kg (195)

22nd Jun: 87kg (191.8)

I've taken up regular walking which I've never really done. Legs feel shot most days so there's probably some muscle weight there. I've also now cut most of the bread, jam and margarine out of my diet so it will be interesting to see the numbers from here on.
 
It appears that what I'm doing is not working. I guess I'm going to have to change what I'm doing because I was supposed to have lost weight not gained it. Hmmm?:nopity:
