So im going to start with my first weigh in

My starting weight was 200lbs & i started my diet & exercise plan on 19th July 2008. Can't remeber my past weigh ins but i'll start from last week. I really find it hard not to be tempted to get on the scales each morning but i'm going to try not to.
27.9.08 - 183.6
4.10.08 - 178.4
