Weekly Weigh In Club

Hello. My name is Englan. I don't have anything against weighing yourself everyday but for me it's becoming something that I just don't want to do anymore. I am going to start weighing myself every week from now on. I'm going to start Sunday, September 1, 2008.

Anyone please feel free to join. You can join anytime you want and just keep track of the weekly dates. Good luck to all who join. :waving:

Count me in

Daily weigh-ins for me are depressing. One day I am up one day I am down. I would much rather do the weekly weigh-in. So Monday I weighed in at 188.1 OMG!!! So I am here to stay for a while.

I am extremely against weighing daily... just personally. I get too obsessive.

So weekly I get weighed at a group meeting (I'm doing a program similar to weight watchers called "Weigh-Less" here in South Africa)

I weigh in on Thursdays.

Here's my first weigh in:

25 Sep 2008 - 178.1 (80.8kg - Next week it's 70s for me!!!!)

Managed not to gain weight in Vegas

Yea!!! I did it I went to Las Vegas for 5 days and managed not to gain weight. This week I am down almost a pound to 187.2.
 
Oo I'd like to join in with this, last time I posted weigh ins it did help me stay on track. I prefer to measure progress weekly too because it keeps me focused on the long term. I weigh in on Fridays so I shall come back and edit this tomorrow!

My starting weight was 200lbs & i started my diet & exercise plan on 19th July 2008. Can't remeber my past weigh ins but i'll start from last week. I really find it hard not to be tempted to get on the scales each morning but i'm going to try not to.

Hehe, if I was losing as fast as you I'd also be tempted to jump on the scale more often! :p

But seriously now, welcome... will watch your progress over the weeks. Break that scale mentality! :hurray:
 
Wow, Bavaro, some awesome losses there... have you just begun? What are you busy doing to lose the weight?
