Hey W, another run of good days, you are on a roll.

You got me thinking, I may have to try your most interesting breakfast approach. If I can just keep it from driving me to more lunch and dinner I think it is a good idea. Breakfast like a king, lunch like a prince, and dinner like a pauper

W2L- Your food does always sound delicious. Do you eat fresh(or frozen) salmon or does it come from a can? I wondered at the effort you go to at breakfast time. I love salmon & we always have a 5kg box of frozen fillets. If we have it in the evening we sometimes cook one extra fillet to have at breakfast. I love it cold.

Hi, Cate, they are very small frozen salmon filets or frozen salmon patties. They cook on the stovetop in about 20 minutes. Tilapia also makes a good breakfast.

Dinner: tuscan white bean soup; one piece string cheese; apple with peanut butter

It all sounds yummy again :)
It does! Okay W2L, inspired by you, I'm going to ferret out the black beans which are hiding in my storage bin!
