Around midnight I walked for an hour on treadmill watching YT videos. Decided to just give in and just stay awake. Usually I go to bed early and lay there for hours.
 
Breaking this bad sleeping cycle is a battle, Vic. I hope we find a solution xo
 
I always have a hard time sleeping. I just need to get in a routine.

Didn’t go to bed until 4 am. Tonight I’m going to try to stay awake for the whole night. Planning on walking on treadmill at 5 am. I’m well rested so far.

Didn’t do much today.
 
Llama, I’m trying to stay awake so I can fall asleep at a normal time because I should be tired by then. It didn’t work last night. Fell asleep around 3 am.

Lunch I had a little fried rice, one piece of chicken gen tso and one boned rib. Dinner was a little fried rice and one piece of chicken gen tso and one crab Rangoon.

Walked for 30 min on treadmill on AF.

Thanks, Cate and Llama. Yeah, I stopped taking the ambien. So I have no help now. The ambien was making me do things that I wouldn’t remember the next morning. So I had no choice but to get off of it.

I made it to 5 am without sleeping. I won’t nap today and hopefully go to sleep at a decent hour tonight. Sun comes up in 20 min and I’ll go workout on my treadmill.

I made it!!! Now I just have to not nap. And hopefully I should be good for sleeping tonite.

Walked for 2 hrs on treadmill; 30 min on AF the rest YT.

My next meal will be a quinoa salad. I’m cooking the quinoa rn. I’m going to add feta, cucumbers, tomatoes, red onions, lime and cilantro. With garbanzo beans and olive oil. Don’t have a recipe just hopefully remembering what’s in it. Forgot to get ice again! Lunch was the salad and a little white rice and beans and an air fryer bbq chicken tender piece.

Got me some ice. Too busy this morning to even think about taking a nap.

Just did 30 min of AF treadmill video.

Well I’m feeling tired so I hope I can fall asleep tonite. Going to bed at 9 pm. So I tried but still awake at 11 pm. I give up. I’ll just find something to do since I’m up. Well rested though.

🤞 you get through to bedtime without napping. I had another awful night's sleep. That quinoa salad sounds yummy, Vic.

Did 45 min walking doing treadmill on AF video.

Late night. Had a bowl of the quinoa salad and 2 pieces of the chicken tender and chicken thigh.

Feeling good. I even cleaned up my kitchen. The weather looks good today. I think I might go to castle trail for a walk at dawn. This time I’ll be careful.

Thanks, Llama and Cate. Didn’t do the hike. I crashed at 4 am. Didn’t get up till 12 pm. It’s a nice day so I might go later today.

Today got invited to a dinner. I had curry chicken with rice and spaghetti with shrimp scampi. Dessert was a s’mores. Just one I had.

Today went to Ari’s staff appreciation day. It had stuff for kids to do like face painting, bouncy house, etc. Had some good food. 2 food trucks and 1 ice cream truck. Unlimited food and ice cream.

I had Mac and cheese, pulled pork, wings, potato salad. And a beef taco. My bro I got him some chicken fried rice, crab Rangoon, chicken fingers. Then I had an ice cream Neapolitan sandwich. Later I had a snickers ice cream bar.

Sounds absolutely delicious! I would probably not have weighed myself for two days after though. But maybe being realistic is sensible :D

Today I had an avocado toast and iced coffee with creamer and Splenda. From DD. Then lunch I had 2 chicken adobo tacos with corn salsa and pico. From Chipotle. Some salt fish with bread. A glazed donut.

Last night I went to bed at a decent time and slept all night. I hope I can do the same tonite.

At the dealership with my sis. She’s getting a new SUV. Been here for awhile waiting for her.

Not sure if I’m working out today. My resting heart rate is lower this week.

Yeah, thanks, Cate. But I think it was a fluke. Tonight I’m up again!

Just here watching late night tv. In a couple of hours I think dune 2 is coming out so I’ll just watch that till day light.

Tomorrow looks like it’s going to be a nice hot day. I’ll go to Castle trail for a walk.
