Vic’s Weight Loss

First communion is at 8 years old. At least that’s how old my nephew is. The kids all looked so young to me when they were walking down the aisle.
 
Kids do get younger all the time... We felt like such big kids at the time, and I was 7!

Today was a little better. For breakfast I had one peach oatmeal Lunch was rice and baked beans with air fryer chicken thigh. Dinner was bread with peanut butter. With almond milk. Late night I had some rice beans and chicken.

I walked for an hour total. 20 min of a AF workout and 40 min watching YT.

Tomorrow I have a consultation for veneers.

Went to do the veneer consult. Dentist said the my bottom teeth needs to be more aligned. So suggested Invisalign. Was going to do it since it had a sale. But since I just need the bottom teeth I asked if they can lower the price. The answer was no. So I just decided to forget about it. Did zoom whitening since I was there.

Had 2 slices of bread with pb. With almond milk. Then had a little pork fried rice with one gen tso chicken. Had oatmeal. Then had some more fried rice with air fry chicken. Half an egg roll.

Walked for 2 hours this evening. I did AF and YT videos. Feeling good.

Up late and not sleepy. Almost 3 am. I might just watch a movie and wait for sunrise.

Slept around 4 hours last night. Going to stay awake until tonite. Hopefully I can sleep around 10 pm.

Well breakfast was some air fried pork with small potatoes. Dinner I had the same. Later dinner I had powdered pb on a slice of keto bread and a glass of almond milk.

Went to the grocery store early this morning. Took care of some errands. Watching DOOL right now. Had to get my nephew from school today.

I walked on my treadmill for 3 hrs straight!!! 45 min doing an AF video and the rest watching YT. Feeling good.

Might be going to a fair tomorrow.

My sleeping was better. I think around 1130 pm. I woke up early feeling good. I walked on my treadmill for 3 hours. 45 min on AF and YT for the rest.

Made curry chicken breast and rice for my bro since I won’t be here. I’ve been cooking at home lately.

Ever since I paid $80 for fast food with delivery tips taxes and fees. Won’t do delivery ever again. No matter what I’ll take the drive for pickup instead.

This evening I did a 30 min AF dance video and 15 min on time to walk on treadmill.

Lunch was rice and curry chicken breast I made earlier. Dinner was a slice of bread and pb and sf strawberry jelly. Had some more chicken and rice. Late night had some chicken breast with a slice of keto bread.

12 am and still awake. Had some oatmeal. Prob won’t sleep tonite. I’ll keep trying.

I woke up really late today. But I didn’t get to sleep until like 4 am or so.

Had some pasta and ground turkey in sauce for lunch. And some puréed pumpkin that I made. Dessert was a small piece of banana bread that my lil sis brought over for us. Took a small piece and gave my bro the rest. Had a mozzarella string cheese after workout. I think dinner will be all vegetables. Had some of the puréed pumpkin from earlier. About to have a California blend of cauliflower broccoli and carrots and I’m making some cabbage for later.

Walked for 45 min doing AF video and 15 min on YT videos.

Banana bread is amazing! Looking forward to a time when my allergy will have abated enough that I can eat it again.

Yesterday I ate way too much. Today I’m going to try fasting. Well going to break my fast with something to eat. It’s dinner time anyways. I had 2 slices of keto seeded bread and a slice of cheese and an egg.

Also, NSV. I fit into a jeans that I couldn’t months ago! No weight loss but a little loss around my waist.

Walked for 95 min: 45 min AF and the rest YT.

Might go back again.
