Yesterday I ate way too much. Today I’m going to try fasting. Well going to break my fast with something to eat. It’s dinner time anyways. I had 2 slices of keto seeded bread and a slice of cheese and an egg.
Also, NSV. I fit into a jeans that I couldn’t months ago! No weight loss but a little loss around my waist.
Walked for 95 min: 45 min AF and the rest YT.
