Vic’s Weight Loss

Well I’m at 141.8 lbs.

For breakfast I had 5 strawberry filled donut holes and a large Jamaican me crazy coffee with creamer and Splenda from Heavenly!!! So at about 600 cal for breakfast only!!!

Hopefully I will eat better for the rest of the day! This week I will definitely do better!!!

I know you can, particularly today, just eat well today and you'll be fine. And 600 calories for breakfast isn't terrible. Reminds me of the old saying, Breakfast like a king, lunch like a prince, and dine like a pauper.

Remember your no binge no purge thing today!
 
Okay, alligatorob!!! I will not b/p today!!!

So I am driving to Maine today. To the lighthouse. My sister’s car is full so I’ll take my mom. We r going to probably eat there. I will probably get lobster... a roll... so just not eat all the bread or not a lot of butter if I have it alone...

NEways my period still hasn’t come! I hope it comes this week or I might have to go to my PCP. I don’t want it to come but something must be wrong if it doesn’t come. It’s been about 5 weeks since I stopped my BC.

I ended up going to NH instead. We went to the beach. Then we had lunch. I had a lobster roll and I just ate the lobster. It was mayo based.

That’s all I’m eating today. Not sure on calorie count. Will check in before bedtime to see if I made it without b/p.
 
So 5 days without b/p. Almost to a week.

This evening I also had a few pita chips with tabouli salad. So I think about 1000 calories for the day.

Tomorrow I go back to IF. I’ll have a coffee in the morning. Then something healthy for lunch. Maybe some butternut squash with ground turkey. Dinner might be the same.

Tomorrow I want to stay till my mom has to take her insulin so I can let her do it herself. She can inject. But she has a hard time putting it into the syringe. Yeah her insurance only gives her the cheap kind. So I can guide her.

She insists that she is leaving next week. So what to do! My sis said not to buy her a ticket. But my mom is an adult and wants to go back to her home. So I’ll see what happens this week. All she has to do is take her medicine and check her blood sugar.

I made it to the gym and walked on an incline for an hour on the treadmill. I just did bicep curls. Plan on going back later!

I weighed in early at 142.0 lbs.

I’m having an Irish coffee with creamer and Splenda from Heavenly! Bought one for my brother and some donuts. None for me! Today I’m doing IF. I’m skipping breakfast. Lunch I’m going to stop and get ground turkey to eat with my butternut squash and zucchini. Dinner might be the same.

Yesterday my sister said how skinny I look. Might be the clothes because I’ve been around this weight for awhile. But I still felt good. Motivation!!!
 
Lunch was ground turkey with zucchini, carrots, and onions mixed in. With butternut squash and raw cabbage mix with skinny girl dressing.

Then I had a snack. Garlic pita chips! No more snacks for today!

So far
Coffee with creamer: 250
Ground turkey with squash: 250
Garlic chips: 180

So 680 cals so far intake and 600 cals output.

Steps so far is 11516.

Then I have dinner at about 4-6 and might still go to the gym at 230 or so.
 
Well I went back to the gym and walked on the treadmill on an incline for an hour! I burned about 435 cal.

I’m not feeling hungry so I’m going to eat my dinner later. Which will be great since I won’t have the urge to binge in the night and I would be able to sleep!

Will check in before I get ready for bed tonight!

I struggled a bit, but made it through without bingeing. Hope you did well too.

140.4 lbs!!! I’m doing IF today again. I have my McDonald’s coffee and I had it black. I went to my sis and put in my own almond and oats milk and Splenda. Skipping breakfast and just eating leftovers today for lunch and dinner. I think I have more ground turkey and butternut squash. Maybe I’ll have a salad too with my skinny girl poppyseed dressing.

I slept in today so did not make it to the gym. I plan on going after my lunch. I want to try to walk on incline for 2 hours and do some strength training at the gym.

I’m drinking green tea, black tea, water, and diet soda today.

If I make it today it will be one week!!! The longest I’ve ever gone without b/p in like 20 years or so. Isn’t that crazy!

I left my AirPods and my Apple Watch at home. I feel more motivated with them. So I can’t check my steps but I do have my headphones in my car!
 
Went to the gym this afternoon and walked on the treadmill for 2 hours on an incline. I burned 1025 cal (according to machine) and did 6 miles. I did at times 15% and 3.5 mph!

Cals so far:
Breakfast-
Coffee with almond and oats milk: 10 cal
Lunch-
Ground turkey with zucchini, carrots: 200 cal
Butternut squash: 20 cal
Salad: 15 cal

Cal intake: 235 cal, output: 1025 cal

Dinner is going to be ground turkey and cabbage slaw and salad with my skinny girl poppyseed dressing.

Looking forward to tomorrow!!! Will check in before bedtime.

Well today is one week of b/p free!!! Yay!!! I think I can make it to 10 days.

The twins birthday party is on Sunday so my next temptation will be hard. I know I have to plan on eating cake. And I’ll ask my sis what she will be having. I’ll probably skip breakfast, then a light lunch.

Then their real birthday is on Sep 12 so I would have to have a cupcake. Maybe take off icing. Don’t know.

Well I did give in to my cravings and had pita chips and taboule after dinner. Dinner was ground turkey, zucchini, green onions, carrots. And a salad with romaine lettuce, cabbage slaw, tomatoes, cucumbers, and red onions with skinny girl poppyseed dressing. It was delicious!!!

Tomorrow I plan on getting ground chicken, zucchini, cucumbers at the grocery store in the morning.

My mom is much better so she will be leaving next week with my brother. Won’t be sure until I buy their tickets.

But I’m finally in a groove with my diet, workouts, losing weight, and not b/p. I hope I don’t have to go in October. I will go def in mid-Nov so I’ll miss winter!
