I started the Velocity Diet detailed at T-Nation yesterday, 6/27/2007. I will detail my progress here.

Starting weight: 235 lbs
Starting BF%: 29% (using US Navy logarithms)
End date: 7/25/2007
Goal weight: 220 lbs
Goal BF%: TBD
I had one slip-up last night, the first day. I came home from the office and my wife had just finished cooking some chicken breasts, so I ate one of those. At least it was lean protein. I will count that as my normal meal for Week 1. Now my wife knows what I'm doing so she'll be more cooperative.
I weigh myself each Saturday morning.
