Sorry I didn't lose anything this week. I think it is for the same reason Tammy posted. I have been exercising but I always have one or two bad days:rolleyes: I am going to increase my exercise. I started out slow because I was so out of shape but each time I exercise it is easier and I am getting faster. So I am going to increase the length of time and still keep track of what I eat. I am not going to worry about the one or two bad days because it use to be seven bad days a week.

Eat those vegies and drink that water:D

There's something weird going on with my scale...despite missing 3 days of exercise (well, except doing sit-ups), and having some halloween treats, I've lost another pound since Monday...for a total of 2.5 in 5 days! :eek: :eek: :eek:
 
Wow you all are doing so well!!! Think I may be the only one here who's official weigh day isn't Friday, I usually weigh on Monday, it's a motivating way to start the week! But I weighed today anyway and lost a pound sinse monday despite not being very good, so I am happy!

I weigh on monday to! hehe it was the only day i could remember to do that first, and not eat. Its a pain to change it. :p

newb, ready for my challenge, current weight 153 lbs
would like to do 1000 min exercise each month before Xmas, and be 140 lbs..
lets see how i do... hehheh
 
Ok, a little bit of bad news, I've gained again, but I'm going to give it a week before I change my ticker, just to see if I can get it back under control. This last week was pretty much eating a lot of high protien and fat foods for energy for my volleyball, but this week, I want to go into the state championships eating right, so that I can have the real kind of energy. :D Christmas is coming up faster than I want it too, but I really want to be able to do this! Keep up the great work everyone!
 
Hope it's not too late, but I am in. I am eighteen years old, and 6'3. I just want to have noticableresults between now and Christmas. This is my first challenge, so I hope it goes well. Good luck to you guys that I have not met, which is pretty much everyone :)
 
I can't wait for Christmas. I don't know why I'm so excited---maybe the prospect of money to buy new skinny clothes, hopefully seeing a number in the 150's, people saying 'Wow you look great!'. That's totally selfish and self-absorbed of me to say but it feels dang good when the right people say 'You look fabulous!' Technically I have 12.5 pounds to go to meet my Christmas goal, I really hope I can do it...I must be doing something right this past week because I'm dropping the weight more steadily now. I've actually changed two things---no more weight watchers ice cream bars (even though they were only 60 calories) and I've cut down on the Lean Cuisine (too much sodium). So here's hoping I can get rid of most of this weight during November so that I'm not freakin' out in December. :)

Anyway, I hope that everyone else had a great weekend and that you're all going to be sweatin' in the gym tomorrow--I know I am. 1365 sit-ups to go before Turkey Day---eek!

Wow congrats Katie nice motivation! I am trying to cut down
on the weight watcher/slimfast snacks to more fruites and
some reason plain peanutbutter on a spoon!
I still have the lean cuisines but not as much.I am already
for some strange reason thinking to far ahead like bathing suites!
I am actually looking forward to summer again because I feel I
totally let this one cruise on by without having fun such as swimming
camping amusement parks ect!

Hey everyone Ive lost another 1.5 pounds this week yay!!

I'm off to make a christmas tree challenge ticker :) (should have done it at beginning really but there ya go!!)

I weighed in today, 117.6! i only lost .4, but it was because i was a piggy this week :p and i barely had time to go to the gym :rolleyes:

Good job everyone on their weight loss!
 
... SO am I in ... LOL ... and do I post a now pic, I guess it wouldnt kill me...I would like to be down 20 by Xmas but that is a fair amount of work for me to accomplish that...not sure if I can ... maybe I will aim for 15 ... ok and if I am in then can I kinda be filled in a bit...
