two lil Angels I see you have Billy Blanks Bootcamp on your siggy. Ar eyou doing his workouts, wich ones??? I am doing them as well. I did the Ultimate bootcamp on staurday and I am still hurting :p .

Hi...ya I have the 8 minute tape I do and the Lower Body Boot Camp...It kills my legs man...LOL...I made it as my siggy to motivate me and push me to do it my three times a week...I got three times in last week and even managed to do the full 45 mins...LOL...I am an avide Tae Bo-er but damn that boot camp kicks my butt!!! I guess tha tis the idea, LOL...
 
Hello I could of swore I posted but I guess I didn't!I am @ 190.5
lost 2 lbs this week! I am really hoping I can make my goal of 175 that is 15 lbs if I could just do some extra exersiceing especially the ab ones like a few of ya's here I can do this!

My main motivation this holiday season is dressing up too! I also found a picture of me from a couple summers ago and I had a flat stomach! I really want to get back there.:)
 
After going out a couple times over the last few days, my weight didn't go down as much as it should have. But I did lose 1 lb!!!
 
I had such an awesome day yesterday that I finally flushed out the garbage I drank over the weekend:eek: :D 179 on the nose!

I just took my measurements again today. And although alot of areas didn't really lose anything.. others did so it's great :)
First number taken about 4 weeks ago, 2nd taken 2 weeks ago.. and 3rd taken few mins ago...

L Upper Mid Arm- 16.3, 15.3.... 15.2
R Upper Mid Arm- 16.4, 15.3.... 15.3
L Upper Mid Thigh- 28, 26.6.... 26
R Upper Mid Thigh- 27.6, 26.5.... 25.7
Bust- 43, 42.... 42
Chest (under breasts)- 39.3, 37.5.... 37.5
Stomach (above bellybutton)- 40.5, 40.6.... 39.1
Waist- 38.2, 37.8.... 37.7
Stomach (below bellybutton & includes some upper butt :p)- 47.5, 46.5.... 43.3
Hips- 49, 46.5.... 46.1

It's great to finally see some of those stomach numbers going down! heh

I need to take my measurements because the scale is all over the place. I think it is broken and will probably get a new one. Hope that won't change my numbers too much.:(

I tried measuring myself yesterday...I have no measuring tape...I used ribbon and a ruler:eek: Have lost another inch off my tummy, but have lost nothing off my legs over the last 3 months:(

On a brighter note, I'm down another lb to 177.6!!!!!:D :D :D
 
me too!! I posted my inches somewhere...in another thread...but im not sure which one! I can't wait to measure again :D the numbers are starting to get discouraging, however, I do think maybe some of it is muscle :eek:
 
It probably is muscle! It weighs more than fat too. I'm still the same. I've ate way too much today. I'm not even gonna put it down, I know it's awful. Good job to all of you! Those inches make the difference!!:)
 
Congrats Dari Amunett legacy!! I keep staying around the 190-192 range
because I eat something bad here and there biut 1 positive thing is exersicing
does keep you around the weight you desire!I haven't been near 195 andI
actually have been eating a day or 2 a week of BAD stuff and walking and
not really gaining nor losing tho!
So when I do hit my goal walking will keep the lbs away when you do eat unhealthy! I sill need to buckle up and hit that 175!!!!! Tammy
 
Good Morning!!!!! Where is everyone! :( Well today weighed in at 159:D I'm happy with that. Last night my hubby made the best Steak dinner, We had 6 brousell sprouts :mad: 1/2 cup mixed veggies and a rib eye steak with mushroom,onions, and cheese sprinlke on top :p Oh yeah, and salad with no dressing :mad: But it was very GOOd.
