there are many healthy fruits out there man. I would say the cantalope has lots of vitamins in it.
 
Wow, eating ****loads is really paying its toll. I mean i am eating waaay more than i used to and now im really starting to lose definition in my abs. Im taking things in in too big portions and not letting my stomach tell me im full. If you don't believe me, u betta, i had 6 plates of cereal this morning! 6! Juts because i didnt wanit for my tummy to catch up.

Since ive been getting alot more sleep for the past 3-4 weeks ive grown 4mm! thats good for 3 weeks!

Happy Easter! and what a cheat DAY.

I had a whole 8.5 oz. of chocolate easter bunny, 3 Ferrero Rocher's, 6 hot cross buns, 2 cups of milo, a small packet of ovatinies and some cheerios for breakfast! And i think im going out for dinner tonight!

Wow, i think the only good things about this is that 1. I cured my cravings and now i don't even want to think of chocolate, and 2. My bodys going to get a shock and when i go back to healthy eating the fats going to melt off!

So I hope you all had a great easter and you didn't go overboard like me!
 
I went overboard Tim. This whole weekend. Eating pizza, nachos, burgers, hotdogs, chips, beer, omg and easter dinner tons of roast beef mash potatoes, gravy, carrots, string beans, and 3 rolls with butter. Not to mention 2 cans of pepsi. I was at a friends house all weekend and really had no other options but to eat unhealthy. First time in months :(

I'm so so scared to weigh myself tomorrow.
 
no fair! i didnt get an easter dinneR!!!!

im moving.. so for 14 hours i was going up and down stairs.. with a bunch of heavy sh!t!!

It's my birthday! And im having whatever i want, it feels soo good. Strange i only seem to want carb heavy food, oh well. :D
 
Yeh, im not exactly sure how many calories im getting but i just looked at my pics of my abs a little while back and i am like holy ****! my abs are as ****ed up as ever now! i mean they suck!

So seeing those pictures it gave me some motovation to REALLY start to get back on track again.

So far this is what im eating:

1 cup oats, w/ 1 cup skim milk and 1 cup water; hermesetas fructo fibres (sweetener) and some cinnamon.

1 cup broccoli, 1 cup cauliflower and 1 carrot, all steamed

100g tuna, 3 teaspoons of salsa and about 3 slices of finley grated almost no fat chedder cheese

cottage cheese with 2 teaspoons of apple sauce (homemade - no added sugar) and some cinnamon

protein shake with 1 1/2 teaspoons of skim milk powder and some carbs with it, about 15g

1/2 chicken breast with sliced tomoato ontop, pumpkin and carrot.

Thats it, i get 4.8L of water a day, maybe a gallon? I go to the gym 4 times a week and superset my stuff. Im usually in there for a max of about 40 minutes. In total to and from the gym im doing about 20 minutes of riding up hills.

At school i basically just sit around. On days i dont go to the gym i go for a 40 minute walk. But 2 of those off days are actually doing my abs at home.

Anyway maybe i need to have more at breakfast? Or maybe i need to stop cheating about once a week? Something like that?

well fine, don't answer me, but ive done some serious cutting since, which hasnt been long, anyway, this is what my abs look like now after a few crunches, so they've got blood pumping through them, but still, there my abs :D
