The Tattooed Lady

Did couple loads of laundry. Didn't skate because of the wind. You can tell spring is here. Ash's new skates came today, so Greene, Ash and I went out to the park. She didn't have her sea legs under her, but she warmed up to them. I opted to walk this time and was out for 45 min to an hour. I felt it in my calves mainly, but it did feel good to just get out there and go.

*Edit - If you want to see the pics, then look in Greene's diary*

Was going to the park but its rained so there goes that idea...:( The pop is gone and the soup is almost gone. One whole pot for me is enough for awhile. Probably going to make tuna casserole again. When the cottage cheese w/fruit is gone, going to make the pink cottage cheese dessert again.

It stopped raining, finally so maybe the park is on after all. Just have to wait for other mom to call and let me know.

Went to cheapo depot again and fell for the fudge. This time it was peanut butter....:D I swear the baptists make good food. Anyway this time I had 4 pieces....:( Gotta resist the fudge.....:D

Today was also just one of those days at school. Don't get me wrong, I love the kids, but my group today was hellians. It was so bad, the teacher had to tell me, yes me, to be nice. I wasn't screaming at the kid, just wasn't using my inside voice. I left wanting a cig so bad, but the feeling passed and all is good.

I so kicked a@@ with my percentages except it was short lived. After I posted about my cigarette craving, I ate a doughnut and 2 small butter cookies.

20 minutes or so skating around the park. Went 6 times around the short track. It started raining on the 5th time around but stuck in out and skated in the rain (henche 5th and 6th lap in the rain). Not a hard rain, but enough to tell it was raining. I fell down on the 6th lap but brushed it off and kept going. Torn 2 small holes in my sweats. When I got done, I was sweating, not buckets of sweat but just enough to know and no it wasn't from the rain. My face was beat red and I could feel it running down the side of my face. Needless to say, I think I skated off the junk I ate yesterday.

Was planning to go to the park when Ash got home since didn't get to go yesterday, but it looks likes it's not gonna happen today either. Oh well, there's always Sunday since it's spose to be partly cloudy and today and tomorrow they are calling for rain. Hopefully the other mom and daughter can go with us to Vincennes Sunday and if not, we're planning for the park if we can.

After lunch, I had a upset stomach or that's what I thought so I had pbw/crispbread, but the pain didn't go away, so I laid on the couch and slept some. I had couple pieces of dry toast and that seemed to help. I didn't put the toast in fitday because I didn't think it would pertain to my food intake, but on the upside, I so kicked a@@ again but I'm staying away from the chili parm chicken for while. I'll make something else for supper and leftovers.

My last meal was a shake. Probably wasn't the greatest idea, but really didn't know whatelse to have at that moment, so I just grabbed one to see what it tastes like. It was strawberries n' cream. It was ok, but I couldn't drink them all the time.

I think thats smart actually. If its the difference between starting to graze on junk or grabbing a shake....its much better to just down the shake to shake the munchies until you can decide in an organized way. I often have those moments where I grab a shake or bar if I'm about to blow it.

Oh yes let me tell you..what junk i did eat yesterday...the shake was a good idea, but the fudge and cookies were soooooo good.

I forgot about the doughnut....:)

Saturday started out good but ended up me getting a stomach ache. Too much junk...:(

Sunday went to the park with Ash's friend from school. Spend about hour half or so. Her friend tried the old inlines so I walked with her mom and Ash skated. Greene came out for little bit. Food was sooooooo much better.

This week is spring break so I'll be in and out. M&D will be down later on today and staying the week. Today I'm cooking so they'll have food for the week if they get hungry. Tis what I'm making today:

All-In-One Broccoli Macaroni and Cheese Recipe | Recipezaar
Tuna Casserole Recipe | Recipezaar
Easy Turkey Chili - Crockpot Recipe | Recipezaar
Pink Cottage Dessert Salad Recipe | Recipezaar - I'm actually going to add the coolwhip this time. I got the sugar free over the fat free, but it'll still be good.

I'm also going to make a pumpkin pie with graham cracker crust. It's not as healthy, but who doesn't love one...:D

I do love me some pumpkin pie that's for sure... Looks like an ambitious cooking schedule you have there. Hope you can do it. Good luck.

Yeppers...so do I. I went over to their apt about 9a to start the chili. They won't be here til about 4, but that's the longest cooking time meal that I have and besides cooking on low will make the apt smell soo good (and hope I don't burn it down in the process). I figure I'll go over to their apt between 12-2 and finish making the rest of the stuff. I hoping it'll all be cooked by the time they get here.

Made everything with 30 minutes to spare... Not sure how I did that but I did. Everything was a big hit, especially the pumpkin pie since this was the first time I made one. I just thought you bought the pumpkin and baked it, not having to mix ingredients together. Instead of a regular pie crust, I used a graham cracker crust. You didn't taste it so M&D thought I didn't use one. I ended up having two small slices of it, but going to get back on track today, hopefully...:D

Lunch was tuna casserole and grilled cheese. Of course for dessert, pumpkin pie. Only had one piece. Supper will be grilling out and for the side dish....broccoli mac and cheese.

Hamburgers, hotdogs, brats on the grill w/baked beans, macroni salad and broccoli macroni cheese. It was all good even with pumpkin pie for dessert....:D

Breakfast with M&D about 8ish. Dad is making omeletts (sp?), so not going to miss out. Besides gives me a break from cooking.....:D

Breakfast was good. Eggs, sausage links, toast, milk, coffee. Really filled me up. Still haven't had lunch yet but supper is going to be bbq grilled chicken (request from my uncle) and mom is going to make homemade potato salad. Have baked beans and mac cheese broccoli leftover from last night so we'll have that will it too.

Supper was good. Love bbq chicken....:D

Breakfast was pancakes, cereal, coffee. Buried 6 stepping stones out of 12 or so. Had to get 4 more, so talk about heavy lifting and digging. Went to my fav store again but had 1, yes only one, piece of fudge. Talk about doing better than 4. Not sure what supper is since we have Ash. M&D and my aunt and uncle are going out for supper and going to see Wild Hogs.

The desserts are gone, but still have some tuna casserole left. Lunch was a pizza so I worked that off and quick..so to speak.
