Weight - 184.6. I lost 2 pounds. Didn't know what to expect since unfortunately since it's the TOM...:( Oh my god cramps galore.

Like I said supper was chili (it sounded good), lunch was salad, protein bar, string cheese and breakfast was my cereal and toast with ff cream cheese.

Goal wise, I made my not being being a slave to the scale. Walking wise, I was able to get out one day last week and walk besides just the 2 blocks to get her off the bus, so I'm not sure if that counts making my goal..:confused: I think I made it. I'm not sure if I made my goal of eating out only when it's the "mom" lunch since Greene picked up supper one night...:confused:

Yesterday I did walk down to the neighbor's because of the sweeper, but that was a block and then walked 2 blocks to get her.
 
And TOM stands for....(I think I understand u, but I'm not sure what u mean. LMAO)

Good job on the weight loss! See, u can do it!
 
Tonight is a weenie roast for school. It starts at 6pm, so I know what supper will be. Greene is gonna try to be there when he gets off work.

Lunch was leftover chili and string cheese...MMMM.

I've done 2 loads of a laundry, changed the sheets on the beds and bought new pillows for the beds. The stairs are killing me, but I know they're good for me, so I'm not complaining that much, but I would like to do them without getting out of breath so much. Ha ha, just set a new goal. Me and my big mouth!!
 
Same as last week. Not being a slave to the scales, walking more during the day, not eating out unless it's the "moms" lunch.

Need to get back into strength training and just relying on housework to be my exercise.
 
Well the weenie roast was fun. I ate too much. I went into with a good plan and it failed...:(

Since it's a school function, does it count as eating out?....:D
 
Tom didn't help you either! I caved an had reese cups last week lol Oh and nachos with cheese ;-) Great job on the 2 lbs, if you keep that up every week you will be surprised how quickly it adds up!

Not in the usual sense - I mean your dining there means supporting your school, that's great... but sticking to your plan would've helped.
 
My plan is to do alot better thru the week and work at my goals. I do need to work off what I ate tonight. I know I can do this. Hell, I've done more housework in 2 days than I've done in a week. I even re-swept the floors because of the dog hair. Something has came over me. Granted if I sit down and take a break I don't want to get back up, but still it's not like me to do this. Greene thinks it's because I'm bored or I'm upset about something and don't want to think about it (he does that).

I haven't been that hungry the past 2 days also. I eat because I think I have too not because I need too.

There's not going to a "moms" lunch this week since it's my 2 days to be at the school and the other mom is working tomorrow.
 
I woke up with cramp pain...:mad: OMG, they are killing me. Hopefully the midol will kick in in a few minutes.

Since the mods didn't put it on the forum, thought I would tell you that today's my birthday. What a present for me...LOL. I'm 28 years old.

Back to bed. Maybe they'll go away then.
 
Went to walmart to the the halloween costumes/decorations. Ash picked out my cake. Went out to eat for lunch. I was good and had nachos w/cheese, sc, meat, jalapeno peppers and dessert was ff/sf ice cream cone.

Still trying to eat healthy as I can even though it is my b-day. I'll have a piece of cake tonight, but it'll be a small one.

Then went to Ace for a H2O heater element and then to have something faxed. Did a load of laundry and now doing the last load and then I'll be caught up.

When Ash gets home, need to go and get the pumpkins and put the decorations up.

Busy day for my b-day. No rest for the wicked as Greene would say...:D
