Weight - 184.6. I lost 2 pounds. Didn't know what to expect since unfortunately since it's the TOM...
Oh my god cramps galore.
Like I said supper was chili (it sounded good), lunch was salad, protein bar, string cheese and breakfast was my cereal and toast with ff cream cheese.
Goal wise, I made my not being being a slave to the scale. Walking wise, I was able to get out one day last week and walk besides just the 2 blocks to get her off the bus, so I'm not sure if that counts making my goal..
I think I made it. I'm not sure if I made my goal of eating out only when it's the "mom" lunch since Greene picked up supper one night...
Yesterday I did walk down to the neighbor's because of the sweeper, but that was a block and then walked 2 blocks to get her.
