It is hard not to be phased when both the scale and measurements say you are getting bigger and you are really burning fat. I just hate moving my ticker back.

This challenge seems to have pushed a lot of people out of their comfort

Hey, guys

I was just looking at everyone's postings and I have to say way to go. Everyone seems to be on track and doing well. I'm looking forward to seeing some of the other people in the challenge post their results.

On a related note, I really have to thank you guys for the motivation that I get here. The forum is great, and I love seeing how everyone is doing, but this thread in particular is so much fun. Entertaining throughout the day. Even though a lot of it is just banter, I am compelled to check up multiple times a day just to see what's going on. That alone helps keep me on track. I hope that everyone else is also getting this, too.

Very nice, Jessie! Way to go. I can't believe the numbers that are being put up here so far. Let's hope the rest of the crew are doing similarly well.

Can't beat this, I tell ya. I'm glad so many have joined in... definitely made it interesting.

Thanks Trops. I know what you mean. Just so that you know. Im gunning for you! ;) I always take my sights on the leader and go after them. You are doing incredible on you weight loss. Keep it up.
