I started the June challenge off on the right foot, and went on vacation in mid June, gained weight and havn't been able to lose it yet. I started June @ 169 and ended at 169#... I didn;t accomplish my goal at all...which has been very depressing and de-motivating. I'm going to work super hard this month and try to lose 10#.
