I can never seem to hit the 2# a week. I have been at the gym a lot more the last 2 weeks and notice more inches lost than #.......??

I started the June challenge off on the right foot, and went on vacation in mid June, gained weight and havn't been able to lose it yet. I started June @ 169 and ended at 169#... I didn;t accomplish my goal at all...which has been very depressing and de-motivating. I'm going to work super hard this month and try to lose 10#.

Starting weight, July 2 = 169
July 9 - lost 3# (166) - a good start!
July 16 - lost 2# (164)
July 23 - lost ___ #
July 30 - lost ____ #
Total pounds lost = 5 and counting (half way there, right on target!)
Goal to lose = 10

Finish weight, July 30 =
Goal weight ............ = 159
 
Lets do this guys, all of us can do this!

Start Weight (02 July, end of June 2 lbs a week challenge) = 214

09 July = 212 (-2...hopefully, since my new diet change, i only lost pure fat...but at this thrend, i won't hit onderland this month :()
16 July = 211 (-1...i slacked off yesterday...like a 1000 calorie surplous :(...and i couldn't exercise cuz it was raining outside)
