not bad for only 3/4 days. i had a biiiig binge on sunday as well. i was premenstrual and so bad tempered.i havent had a binge for so long i really thought those days were behind me. never mind another day...slim

I lost 11lbs during the June Challenge. I'm trying for 12 or more by the 28th of July then I'm off on a cruise for a week!!

I'm going the wrong way! I have started eating breakfast and eating to the food pyramid, trying to stay between 1500 and 1800 calories. I have also exercised everyday this week. Jogging, Pilates, sit-ups, push-ups, weights. *sigh* Maybe I'm up since I've been eating less calories than I should have been and am now eating more.

I started the June challenge off on the right foot, and went on vacation in mid June, gained weight and havn't been able to lose it yet. I started June @ 169 and ended at 169#... I didn;t accomplish my goal at all...which has been very depressing and de-motivating. I'm going to work super hard this month and try to lose 10#.

Starting weight, July 2 = 169
July 9 - lost 3# (166) - a good start!
July 16 - lost ___ #
July 23 - lost ___ #
July 30 - lost ____ #
Total pounds lost = 3 and counting
Goal to lose = 10

Finish weight, July 30 =
Goal weight ............ = 159
