I'm on a cut until january, but current deadlift max is 265
goal 315
 
7 days until November 1st.


What does everyone think about a thread in the journal area specifically for challenge members to motivate and provide tips?
 
Okay, I tested my current maximum for the first time.

It was 105 lbs.

Remember, I just started doing deadlifts a few weeks ago. That's why it's so low.

I know the challenge is to try to increase it by just 25lbs for the women, but I want to challenge myself and see if I can increase it by 40lbs. So, my goal weight would be 145 lbs.

So here,

Starting weight: 105 lbs

Goal Weight: 145 lbs

one of my worst lifts.. so this will be good :)
EDIt: I'm just glad I can finally DL more than I squat lol

OK, I got 250 up last night. My abs hurt today, and I think I almost ripped a knee cap off.

I will leave this lift alone for a few days. How about a goal of 300? does that sound ambitioous enough?

It is hard to put the weights on and off the bar on the floor too.
