So far the best month I have had since March.
Very pleased. Sorry to be happy in the midst of all the gains and low numbers.

It is the attitudes of people like you that keep me going. You guys are all such an inspiration to me and keep me going. If it weren't for people like you, Trops, Ali, and Ang, I wouldn't know what to do with myself.

Seriously hoping so. I was tired of being stagnant- on the scale anyway. I know it is just a number but I wanted the damn number to go down already- that too much to ask?

I was a mess in May, remember, twins separated at birth or did you forget? I saved up the little I had and sent it to you with the self- worth from a few weeks back :)

Well...I am sure they don't fit anymore...you have that going for you...

In the great drawer raid of yesterday I found a cardigan Chris' grandmother bought me probably 8 years ago or so...it still had the tags on it...it was a size L - I mean was she blind??? I was nothing close to that, even at my wedding weight...

It fit yesterday though :)

The thing is, all thise shirts actually fit now. For the longest time they thought I was a 17 inch neck. I havent been a 17 inch neck in years.


I am now a 16 1/2 in neck. :)

7 JUNE 08 - 223LBS (15 stone 13lbs) 4 lb lost
14 JUNE 08 – 221lbs (15 stone 11 lbs) 2lbs lost

I'm a little late on the congratulating but congrats Jess! Way to go. And wow princess, 7 lbs so far! That's nuts.

Ankebuzz, nice consistent loss there. That's the way to do it.
