I hate it, but it does help to keep me "honest" over the weekend.
Not so much here . . . something I need to work on, apparently.

Since I am away next week and won't have access to a scale - for better or for worse, I am thinking for better, as for details on my absence, check out my diary - I weighed myself this morning and will post that as my 'official' Monday weigh in...
182.2
It looks like I got rid of some of my upswing and since it is that TOM I am guessing that the actual number is somewhat lower than this.
I am hoping to maintain for the week and come out the same
I'll be here guys, just not as much, don't miss me too much...
Way to go, Ali. With all the walking on the boardwalk and sand that you were doing, I didn't think that the little indulgences would really do you in. Well, I guess the alcohol did, but not weight wise.
who can so "no" to a campfire smore?
Yesterday was fathers day, need I say more?
Haven't lost my motivation though!
That's the attitude to have. No worries- we all have plateau's and fluctuations. ANd, at least it wasnt a gain! I'm sure if you continue making the right choices, you WILL see a loss next week!

YAY!!! Finally broke through and had a loss!! A pretty significant one at that!
I'm so happy! I was getting so down on myself the past few weeks.
Jessie this is great, really great.
I am so happy you broke through!
WTG!
Did you do anything special this week to get this or was it the same old thing that finally worked?
Then it just clicked. I am very happy for you.It was pretty much the same old thing. I changed up my workout routine a bit and started drinking tea to edge off some hunger. But my eating habits have been about the same as usual.
I was just thrilled to see the scale for once and I'm excited to work hard again this week.
