It looks like I got rid of some of my upswing and since it is that TOM I am guessing that the actual number is somewhat lower than this.

I ran until my leg began to hurt. I am taking this week off and then I hope to get back into it.Hehe, I'm still not caught up... I GAVE UP!
Just come in here every day, try read the last 3 or 4 posting (if they even make sense!) and put in my 2 cents...
So, who else in this thread does running as regular exercise? I stared really slow the last 2 weeks, and I feel like I'm getting somewhere... This week I'll step it up a bit!
