Wow Dawn! That is some serious exercise!! And I have to give you props for running the 1/2 mile in under 5 min! I can't do more than 1/4 before I feel like I'm gonna die... Ok, if someone was holding a gun to my head, I'm sure I could do 1/2 mile, but as no one is going to.....I'll enjoy my siestas.
I've figured out my cals, and as long as I don't eat anymore than I've got planned out, I'll be at 1631 for the day. I did 40min at the gym, and am about to go to my friend's house to go for a walk. As long as it doesn't rain--which it very well may, I'll probably get in about an hour, bringing my total to 9hrs 8min for the week.
Keep your fingers crossed I drop another 2lbs by tomorrow... That would give me a 2.5 loss from last week, which would hopefully be enough to save us. If not, hopefully the MILFs will go down from the crazy weight of last week. Not that I want them eliminated, but if it comes down to us or them....well, ya know...
