Hmm...I am also worried about Yuliana. It is not like her to be absent like this. I really do hope she hasn't let those small gains send her into a mental tailspin. I gain and lose 6lbs all the time. No big deal. Most of what she gained had to be water retention anyway. You just can't gain that much fat in such a short time. I have to LOL@ the wind she experienced, as I did the same. :eek: That was a very high fiber meal, and if Nelson Mandela ate a lot of that dish, no wonder his wife divorced him. :biggrinjester:

Well, I hope she checks in on time, b/c I think you are not necessarily out of the running this week. Lots of people are posting gains. :)

BB-I too am very worried about her. I hope she checks in by end tonight (I dont care about challenge) I mean or I will know something is REALLY wrong. So have you made that dish again? I plan to soon.

Yu-I too am worried about you, if you are 'out there' and you are afraid we will be mad at you we WONT--it doesnt matter if you gained 20lbs its not important, we can get back on the wagon together ( I am just restarting) please dont stay away if its for something like that.

well my body is REALLY craving sugar I had two creme savers today and 3 animal crackers that is it for processed foods and all rest has been healthy. NO excercise today though--my kickboxing got me VERY sore, I planned to walk it off tonigth with dogs but other stuff got in way.

If you both want to try for the 2nd place, I change the rules a bit for only 2 people. You only need to do 2/3 of the exercise to get full pts, and weight loss is based on percentage, b/c a team of 3 has a better chance of losing more than a team of 2. With the roadblock, that's already taken care of as Lori has to do it anyway. :)
