Hey girls! So we are the Determined Divas. I love it.

So, how do you want to do the exercise business of the race? If anybody has any problem with exercise I'm more then willing to take on more. If not we can spread it evenly amoung us. What shall it be? :D

Are you thinking cabbage or dance. I may actually go for the dance. I'm not sure yet. :D
 
I have already bought my cabbage lol. I don't think that my knees would appreciate that dance at all.

For exercise I usually do more than 4hrs 17 mins a week, usually about 5 hrs give or take, so I'm good for at least that much.
 
I'm gonna try the dance but I have a feeling I will be eating cabbage.
For the exercise, why don't we post how much we have exercised and then keep a running total? Just an idea. Kinda like they do on the challenge Hamburger to Lettuce Lake.

I'm not going to the gym today but I do have to shovel ALOT of snow today, we had a massive snow storm yesterday. I wonder if shoveling snow counts as exercise.
 
I think shoveling snow counts it takes a lot of exertion and really uses some muscles. As long as you do it continually like you would other exercise.
 
I'm going to be hitting the gym tonight, and I did thirty minutes of exercise yesterday. I guess, with kgirl, that brings our total to:

Exercise Distance: 1 Hour 30 Minutes
 
I didn't see your total before kgirl. We can put our running total together. :D Each time we add some exercise in we can just raise it on up.

Individual Total: 1 Hour 0 Minutes

Team Total: 3 Hours 50 Minutes


When I get home from the gym tonight I'll be adding more time. So we'll do the team total like that. :D
 
Just got back from the gym. I'm a bit warn out, but it was worth it. I ate really well today so hopefully today will combat my bad eatting habits during the weekend.

I did 35 minutes of cardo, and 25 minutes of strength training. I thought my arms were going to fall off. lol

Individual Total: 2 Hour 0 Minutes

Team Total: 4 Hours 50 Minutes


We have a good running total, and I know it will shoot up when Lizz puts her time in.

Guess what I'm having for lunch tomorrow. You guessed it! Cabbage. lol I was going to do the dance, but my legs won't have it. I've been getting strangely sore as of late, so it's not going to work out. Cabbage shall be my friend instead.
 
I am having some cabbage today, probably have half my cabbage today and half on Thursday, I wanted to do it on my days off from school since I have no idea how my body will react to it (don't want gas at school lol). I'm going to the gym today so I will be adding about an hour to our total later today. I'm excited to try out my new running shoes on the treadmill.

I love the feeling I get after strength training when my muscles feel like they aren't really there anymore lol

I did 35 minutes the other day. I haven't started eating cabbage I think I'm gonna try to do the dance again otherwise it's going to be cabbage for breakfast lunch and dinner. I'm also hitting up the exercise hard tonight and the next couple of days. I've got a pilates DVD I'm working on and it makes you burn. I never thought such movements would really make you feel it but it does.

Total team time 6 hours 35 minutes.
 
I just ate half my cabbage, I just boiled it plain. It was ok, so filling though.

We're doing good so far for exercise. I won't be able to go to the gym tomorrow as I am in school from 8:45am till 9pm and will be too tired to go, but I will be doing another hour and 10 minutes on Thursday.
 
I also had about half my cabbage today. I'm going to finish it off tomorrow. It's not the best tasting stuff in the world, but I do it for the points and the team!! lol

I didn't get much exercise in tonight. Only 30 minutes. My friend took me to see Wicked, so that's why I couldn't go gymin' it up. Wicked was amazing! I loved the show. I've been wanting to see it for a while.

I'm going to exercise like mad to make up for today tomorrow.

Team Total: 7 Hours 05 Minutes (Less than five hours to go guys. We're doing great!!)
