Pretty shit lately, the weight just isn't budging.

Who is doing the roadblock this week? I can't really cook, lol.
 
I'll do the roadblock this week, don't you worry! I like to cook and I like both of these main items. MMM I just hope to lose some more good weight on Friday, More than a pound would be awesome, and I'm really going for 2-3 if at all possible, I don't want to get kicked out of the challenge now, we are so close! Good luck this week! You have done so awesome!
 
I think I'm on a slow mode of weight loss again, DAMN IT! I'm working out hard trying to get better results. Oh and that bean soup stuff, not bad, I really thought it was going to taste like crap, as I've never had hominy before, but I quite liked it, but in my opinion it was lacking something like Bacon or ham, but of course that would up the calories a ton!

Well, Hope my teammers did good!! And if not, DON'T SWEAT THE SMALL STUFF, we will try again at a later date!! We got this far and I'm so damn proud of all of us!! really we have worked hard!!

Damn Shannon!!! A HUGE Congratulations to you!!! 10lbs!?!?!

You passed your short term goal, way to go. Kim and I are gonna have to step it up next week somehow to get these pounds to budge. We can't seem to get them to move any faster no matter how hard we work. Grr!
 
HOLY SMOKES 10 lbs!! That's a lot of weight in one week, Are you sure you ate food??? WOW I'm still quite shocked at that. I sure hope your eating well and keeping your calorie intake in check, don't try to lose to much for the sake of the challenge, we want you to lose slowly and carefully to make sure you keep it off. You have done a fantastic job sweetie, but just don't worry about us and the challenge, if we stay in great, if we don't well no biggie, I've done well for myself and I'm happy about that.

I ate well, in fact I can guarantee it the scale was being a bitch that day. Hmmmm. Ah well.

This is why we all have to work extra hard this week to stay in the challenge. SAFELY. New rules!! NO GOING TOO LOW ON CALORIES!!! The body needs at least 1100 to sustain life so no starving!! Let's just really kick ass with the exercise!!
 
Doing good with the exercise but Kim and I can't seem to get the weight to budge no matter how much we exercise or how low the calories are. We are both working extra hard this week to get some better results.
