Okay Lady and Gent, time for an update! How many hours have you logged for exercise? Also, Shannon, did you complete the salmon challenge?

I have 320 minutes thus far and plan to get another 80 minutes, so that's 400 minutes all up.

And yes I did, it had some of it for lunch and the rest for dinner. It was quite nice. :)

Shannon you do know that Thursdays are the last day to get in your exercise, right? Fridays start the next week. But I think 5hrs 20min will be enough as Amy has 7hrs and Kim will have about that, too. :)
 
So far so good! How about you??? Since we are both blessed with Aunt flo visit this week. LOL LOL maybe that will call for good loss on Friday!! OH YEAH! I ate pretty low in calories yesterday, I just didn't feel good due to Flo, and today so far just 1 Cup of Mini Wheats and 1C of 1% milk, 2 cups of java, have to have my java, but at least I slept last night, YEAH!

for Lunch, a Slim Fast shake (Chocolate Royal) 190 calories, I need the vitamins for a lift. Dinner, not sure today is my hubby's 40th birthday, damn that man only looks 30 I hate him!!!!!!!!!!!! LOL LOL:svengo: So we may or may not have dinner out, if so it will be a salad and water, I PROMISE YOU! I'm not ruining my weight loss chances this week, PERIOD!

I'm good too. 1390 calories yesterday and worked out for 60 minutes at the gym (burned 600 calories) and plan on another hour tonight at home. sean has to fly all night so I'll be home with Bella, guess I'll have to break out the TurboJam!

I'm going good too, done a couple of jogs and about to start Amy's ab workouts tonight. And the Kiwi fruit is nice. :)

And I didn't know that at all Kimberly, ooooooh boy. I thought it would be Friday for me because... timezones? I don't know, lol!

Yup, the challenge starts for everyone on Friday whatever their timezone. But you have until midnight on Friday in my timezone (which is 2pm Sat your time) to update each week. However, you can't use your Sat weight for your weigh in--only Thurs or Fri's weight. I hope that clairifies things for you. :)
 
1350 calories yesterday with another hour of exercise! That gives me 4.5 hours for the week so far. I will be getting another hour and a half in tonight and probably another hour tomorrow night for a total of 7 hours this week.

The scale went up to 168 yesterday but is down to 167 today. i hope to either get back to 166 or lower by friday. i'll be busting my ass to get to a new low this week.

How's everybody on exercise time and kiwis?
 
Doing great on excercise time, but only a few days of kiwi for me, don't we need kiwi everyday to get the challenge bonus?? I did great on Saturday, Sunday, but since Aunt Flo I haven't had any. What are the specifics?

Yeah, I busted ass on weight loss, I can't even believe it myself, I actually got on the scale looked, Got off, rubbed my eyes, got back on, looked again, got off. I waited a second, then got back on and about cried! I couldn't believe what my own eyes were showing me, finally I've lost something more than a pound or two, I'm not holding my breath for another weigh in like this next week, but I am going to do everything the same and see if it still show results. I pray it does, I really want to hit 160 by June!!! I didn't get in more than a few days of kiwi, does that nix us from the bonus?
 
You friggin rocked the challenge this week! This should put us toward the top in rankings. Thanks for pulling my weight with the loss. I was SURE the scale would say 165 this week. I busted my ass working out and never got over 1400 calories. WTF? Hopefully I'll more than a 1lb loss next week then.

I'm still not sure about the kiwi.
 
Hey guys, sorry I've been in Melbourne the past couple of days and thus inactive. The postive thing about this trip is that my friends had green tea and I had 3 servings, haha.

That's great Shannon! The three of us are doing great with the exercise but need to step it up in the detours. We should've been 1st place this week with Kim's kick ass weight loss. Maybe my body will step it up next week and actually lose some damn weight and help out. All in all we make one hell of a team. You guys are awesome!
 
Just an fyi on the detour--all of you have to complete one of the options this week. So if you haven't had a cup of green tea everyday since Friday, you need to do the Tae Kwon Do detour instead. :)
 
LOL, I have no problem doing this green tea thing either, it's one of my favorite teas and I have it on stock every day!! The other detour, ummm I don't think so!!! LOL LOL We will get this challenge, NO SWEAT! And for some reason I feel another good weight loss week for me! OH YEAH! i'm sticking to the same as last week, so I better see something good! Even if just one or two pounds, I'm going to ROCK IT OUT! I only ate bad on Sunday due to the brunch, but I didn't eat any breakfast before we left, because I knew I would eat badly the rest of the day. It wasn't to horrible. LOL LOL Actually it was all fantastic!
