How's everybody's week going so far? I'm at 1330 calories for the day and I've already had dinner - baked chicken with steamed broccoli. I will be heading to the gym in 30 minute for an hour and a half or may go running for an hour, I haven't decided yet. I plan on having a high protein snack of 150 calories after my workout which will put me at 1480 for the day.

Let's see some more big losses this week!! Go team!
 
I'm doing pretty good this week as well, I've kept in my range for calories and have been hitting the gym pretty hard. Tonight is Kick N abs, I love this class, even though I'm pretty sure it's advanced and I'm just barely hanging in there, but it's fun! I bought some new workout pants and that always perks me up. LOL LOL hey they were on sale at academy sports I can't resist a good sale. I hope the scale likes me this week, I'm afraid after last week, it's going to sabotage me, you know my scale is a haneous Troll~ Good luck team mates! So only one of us needs to do the roadblock is that right?

Awesome job Kim!! I'm afraid of the scales this week as well. Last week seemed almost too good to be true! Yesterday's calories were at 1570 instead of 1480 as planned. I downed a glass of milk along with my snack but 1570 is still pretty low. I kicked ass at the gym with cardio and weight training and burned 600 calories. Tonight I will be getting a workout in at home. The weather is supposed to be really nasty with T-storms all over. I may do my TurboJam 1-hour video followed with yoga or pilates. My goal is to burn 500 calories. My calories intake is at 573 for the day so far. I have eaten breakfast, lunch and two snacks believe it or not, they have just been really low cal. I am shooting for 1400 for the day.

I will be doing the roadblock this time if you don't want to do it yourself Kim. I'll have it done by friday.

Your calorie intake and calories burned sound damn tight to me, you have to lose something this week, your really kicking it hard and burning A LOT! I have no idea what I burn during my cardio classes, I think the guy who made them said if you put in 110% the entire hour you can burn 450 calories in this class, and the kick N abs I'm sure is about the same, yet it does seem much harder in my opinion. You know this guy in my office said, "Kim your working off the pounds again I see" why is it they notice and when I look in the mirror I can't see a difference, I think it's toning, because my scales sure are not showing major changes in my book. Oh I sure hope we all have another good week! All I know is, I'm doing all I can and working out as much as I can and well, that's about all we can do right? Good luck everyone!!!

I've been keeping the calories this tight for awhile but lately I've been incorporating much more steamed veggies and fruit. This plus my new meds may be what got those 5lbs off. I hope to see them continue to drop.

Have your inches started dropping again? If others can see the difference then I'm positive it's there. I don't plan to measure again until April 1st, once a month. I wanna drop 10lbs by April 5th for my BIL's wedding in Savannah. I only have 5lbs to go so I hope my body cooperates!

I LOVE Academy Sports. I get most of my workout clothing and shoes there and love them. I just recently got two pair of yoga pants (all I wear for workouts) with matching shirts and a hooded jacket. I've already broken them in pretty well. :D
 
Hey guys, sorry I've been rather busy with uni work lately and haven't had the chance ot come online. That being said, I haven't used that as an excuse to slack off. I've been within probably 1,500-1,600 calories (I haven't been making diary entries the last couple of days, too busy) and still all healthy.

I've been on a few jogs now and trying to incorporate dumbbells and weight training after the jog, so yeah I'm doing great. :D
 
Great job team!!! I think we should do pretty well this week. However, I'm having stressful day today and thinking about going out for lunch, some days I just need to LEAVE the building, this is one of them and it doesn't happen often, TRUST ME! I'll try and bring half back, so I don't consume to many calories, or make up for it tonight at dinner. I worked out hard last night and my legs are still feeling a bit tight. OIY!

Ha! If you think that's hard, try pronouncing some of the Aboriginal city names like KORWEINGUBOORA...lol. I was always amusing H when we lived there at my attempts to say some of those places, it's like American Indian names like Kalamazoo...lol
 
Despite exercise, my weight loss isn't as fast lately. In fact I'm scared it might gain from the first week. Eep!

But still, Aussie Aussie Aussie! Oi Oi Oi!
 
Same here. I don't think I'll have much of a loss this week. I'm shooting for 1lb at this point!
 
Did the roadblock last night. It was fun and apparently fun to watch (H kept laughing at me) but I nominate someone else for the next roadblock. I think I may have stretched a tendon in my inner thigh. Ouch!

Also I am down another pound!! Woot! It may have been due to the 3.5 mile run followed by the roadblock last night. ALso I haven't gone over 1560 calories all week. I am debating as to when I need to have a couple refeed days of 2000 calories. i don't want to stop losing in the middle of this challenge but I may stop anyways if I don't keep my metabolism up and running. I may add 200 calories to my daily intake for the weekend then drop them back down to 1400-1500 on Monday.

Way to go this week team!! You guys rawk the casbah!!
 
Okay you two, 6 hours and 17 minutes of exercise each for us!! Who's gonna eat the salmon? Mind if I pass on this one? I have to be in the mood for salmon in order to eat it.

I've already got 3 hours in for my exercise and I am about to go running for an hour around the neighborhood. Why don't we all check in with our exercise time on wednesday just in case one of us doesn't have time to get all theirs in? This will give the other team members a couple days to get a little extra in so we can get the maximum amount of points.

I'm upto 165 mins (2hrs 45mins) right now, I hope I can get in 6 hours and 17 minutes. I didn't exercise today, it's been an emotional and draining day with getting my license, and exciting too. Shall put in 110% tomorrow.
