I'm doing pretty good this week as well, I've kept in my range for calories and have been hitting the gym pretty hard. Tonight is Kick N abs, I love this class, even though I'm pretty sure it's advanced and I'm just barely hanging in there, but it's fun! I bought some new workout pants and that always perks me up. LOL LOL hey they were on sale at academy sports I can't resist a good sale. I hope the scale likes me this week, I'm afraid after last week, it's going to sabotage me, you know my scale is a haneous Troll~ Good luck team mates! So only one of us needs to do the roadblock is that right?

I don't know "Shannon, where are you"???? Okay, I leave this roadblock to you this week. Your calorie intake and calories burned sound damn tight to me, you have to lose something this week, your really kicking it hard and burning A LOT! I have no idea what I burn during my cardio classes, I think the guy who made them said if you put in 110% the entire hour you can burn 450 calories in this class, and the kick N abs I'm sure is about the same, yet it does seem much harder in my opinion. You know this guy in my office said, "Kim your working off the pounds again I see" why is it they notice and when I look in the mirror I can't see a difference, I think it's toning, because my scales sure are not showing major changes in my book. Oh I sure hope we all have another good week! All I know is, I'm doing all I can and working out as much as I can and well, that's about all we can do right? Good luck everyone!!!

I'm upto 165 mins (2hrs 45mins) right now, I hope I can get in 6 hours and 17 minutes. I didn't exercise today, it's been an emotional and draining day with getting my license, and exciting too. Shall put in 110% tomorrow.
