Thanks to PC, I am now officially "with the program" on my posts.
Day 1: Fridy April 13th, 5 mile walk with the dog
Day 2: Saturday April 14th 5 mile walk with the dog
Day 3: Sunday April 15th 8 mile wak with the dog
Day 4: Monday April 16th 6 mile walk with the dog (just too emotional to get to the gym...bad day at the office and preferred to be with my dog)
Day 5: Tuesday April 17th; 35 minutes on the elliptical trainer
Day 6: Wednesday April 18th; 40 minutes cross training speed on the elliptical trainer, 108 sit-ups, 3-12s core strength, 3-12s heel raises, 3-10s on 7 upper body free weight exercises.
Day 7: Thursday April 19th; walked to work briskly and home 4 miles. Climbed 80 steps at work stairs.
Day 8: Friday April 20th; walked two miles to work and one mile with the dog after work.
Day 9: Saturday April 21st; No exercise
Day 10: Sunday April 22nd; Elliptical trainer 60 minutes, 108 sit-ups (3-12s of 3 different kinds), 3-12s core strength, 3-12s heel raises, 3-10s on 7 different upper body weights.
Day 11: Monday April 23rd; walked 3.5 miles
Day 12: Tuesday April 24th; 45 minutes elliptical trainer, sit-ups, core, heel raises, and upper body as per usual.
Day 13: Wednesday April 25th; walked to work and back total of 4 miles.
Day 14: Thursday April 26th; just a two mile walk to work today...it's raining and I just can't drag my _ss to the gym.
Day 15: Friday April 27th; 60 minutes elliptical trainer cross training speeds, sit-ups, core, heel raises, & upper body as usual.
Day 16: Saturday April 28th; 60 minutes hill climbing elliptical trainer. Walk two miles wid da puppy.
Day 17: Sunday April 29th; jogged 5 k
Day 18: Monday April 30th; 40 minutes hill climbing on the elliptical trainer, sit-ups, core, heel raises, & upper body as above.
Day 19: Tuesday May 1st; walked to work and back 4 miles.
Day 20: Wednesday May 2nd; 5 km jog, 108 sit-ups, 3 sets of 12 on core and heel raises, 3 sets of 10 on upper body with 8 pound free weights
Day 21: Thursday May 3rd; twice I climbed 80 steps up the stairs at my work instead of taking the elevator, walked 2 miles to work.
Today fruit/veggies intake: an apple, 2 cups salad. (should have had some pineapple and some cucumber or carrots)
