TekToN's (Storm's) Lifting Log

Weight : 161.2 +//13.2 pound gain since summer -- Ugh, I wish I could get my weight up. I literally eat ANYTHING besides candy (particularly chocolate). If you give me food I'll scarf it, and I've even been getting things occasionally off the dollar menu at fastfood restuarants, but I still can't manage to gain weight lol. **** me! Oh well. I'll keep eating big!

Decline Bench Press : 3x10

Tricep Push down: 3x10

BB Curls : 3 x10

Decline Push ups : 3x20

Tricep-Over head Extensions : 3x10

Shoulder Complex : 3x10

Up-right rows : 3x10

Shoulder Shrugs
: 3x10

Pec Flies : 3x10

Hammer Curls : 3 x10

Also did some Abs, normal routine.

Intensity : 9/10

Thoughts:
The workout overall was very good. Even though there were lots of lifts, I got it all done in about 70-80 minutes. Hit my arms good, and felt really good after this workout. I wish I could hit my inner-chest more, hopefully I'll incorperate some more chest workouts into my routine. Anyways, washed this workout down with 2 scoops of whey and an orange. Hopefully tomorrow I'm a little sore. Off to play basketball.
 
Woahhh buddy! I am sore today and kinda jacked up my ankle last night while playing basketball.

HOWEVER, My bf (kidding) Brett Favre won his division and is looking at a 2 seed in the NFC and moving on into the post season today. He threw for over 300 yds and 4tds today!

Thoughts: It was a good workout. I'm a little put-off that I didn't workout the past 4 days but oh well, at least I got in there and go it done. I'm going to just be as consistant as I can be.

Noteworthy: Started the day off with some basketball

Leg Curls: 3X10

Leg Extensions: 3x10

Deadlift: 3x10. Last set was 245 ... ow

Calf Raises: 3x10

Intensity: 10/10 -- Yup I said it.

Thoughts: First leg day in a long time and WOW. My legs have never been so sore in my flipping life. Holy ****, my whole body is in shambles. That;s what I get for not hitting legs in about 3 weeks.


In other news, I'm going ahead with my other routine NOW, and going to start cutting once I finish all the food I currently have. Awesome right? Got to get ready for summer.
 
Not working out today or tomorrow, starting cutting and new routine on sunday.
