Sorry I couldn't post yesterday But I came home from my holidays!!! And I am so pleased with myself because I weighed in at 170!! Meaning I lost 0.4lbs over my holidays! I know it doesn't seem like that much, but for me that is a real improvement... last summer I put on 13lbs so I must've done something right this time round!! I feel on top of the world right now <3 But now I'm gonna crack down, and I would like to lose some serious weight for the final two weeks... 2 to 4lbs is what I am aiming for. I go back to work on monday the 6th so it will be good to get back into the schedule of things.
I've found this week's mini-challenge easier than I thought it would be, I just put in an avacado or two into my salads at lunch *thanks for the link yummimummi!!* I hope everyone is okay? Still no ideas for the mini challenge...
