I have my regular weigh-in tomorrow morning for my diary, and then I'll weigh again on Thursday (who knows maybe I can squeeze an extra pound outta myself in that three days!)

Now that I got my hair cut, my mood has significantly improved... though part of it may also have been that I walked home from the mall since I had missed the bus and it was a nice day anyways. Someone once told me that exercise is a natural mood enhancer :)
 
Oh yea, i think it is...how can you not be in a great mood after excersize? They say its a good cure for deppression too.
 
ya...I always feel good after exercise, except when I am workin out with my trainer, I feel like I am gonna die after that!

I've got a wipe so far, I'm back to my starting weight. I'd best lose at least one more pound in the next three days! Gonna have to be extra careful with what I do/eat, I wouldn't want to let you guys down.
 
great job rf18! I havent been on the scale yet, so I dont know if i have anything lost or not. hope i have at least a lb gone!!! I hope everyone had a good weekend, mine was okay. I ate out friday night, but that is my night i eat out!! if i never i would go insane.

so I am off to the gym again with my trainer (gonna be a hard one!)

happy monday everyone!

so i just have to say that so far today has been FANTASTIC in terms of diet/exercise. went for an hour long run which was fabulous and i did heaps better than the last time i ran. eating was spectacular. . . . .dunno what the total cals was but i'm thinking so far it's under 350. (seriously!) will see what i can rustle up for dinner tonite - am trying to keep from grocery shopping till pay day (just because i'm cheap) so it should be interesting. . . . .:p

hey everyone! so I am just relaxing and checking out the forum here now. I had a good day too heather with diet and exercise. I kept under 1200 cal, and I had a great day at the gym. I was with my trainer doing lots of new stuff. I hate lunges with weights, I hate squats with weights, I hate crunches with weights!!! lol but its all worth it. I know I am losing fat. Even if I get on the scale thursday and I only lose a pound or two, I know I am losing fat and gaining muscle which is great!
 
hey girls!

checking in . . . . two more days!!! just wanted to give a little bit of support and motivation to my team - i know you guys are doing an awesome job. i have to admit that i'm not too hopeful about this challenge, just because of the way i felt during the first half of it. but now for the last half. . . i'm feeling a lot better! so much so that i actually went out and bought a new scale today (digital). you KNOW something's going on when i actually WANT to buy a new scale. ;)

anyway chicas, i hope everyone is doing well. despite the minor setback at the beginning of the challenge, the latter half has gone really well for me so far. so i'm feeling great, and i might actually weigh myself today (but i don't think i'll post it. . . .still not posting till the end)

I started off real strong in this challenge and really lost 5 pds right away. BUT I hit a road bump and now i'm not too sure how its going to turn out?

I was telling my friend today that I only have another 20 maybe 30 pds to loose, I need to just really get serious, loose this weight and get it over with! I dont want to fight about it for another year or more!
 
I'm feeling good lately, mood-wise, but you know, I think this is going to be another clean wipe for me :/ nothing lost, nothing gained, y'know? But its great to hear that most of our team at least is doing great! I just wish I could add to the total lost number with y'all.
 
Its ok beagle! I'm not sure how my loss is going to turn out either..i have a bad feeling about it :(

I really really need to get serious again about loosing weight!! I'm done w/ the games!
 
ya I dont know what (if any) i have lost. I find I am having really bad cravings lately for bad foods, and its killing me!! but I know I can do it. I mean I cant let food run my life....well I want good food to run my life!
 
Ugh, I know what you mean about the bad food cravings! I had the worst craving for a big greasy slice of pepperoni pizza today... the only thing holding me back from getting it was that it was absolutely frigid out today and I didn't want to walk across campus to get the good pizza (and really, its just not worth cheating on the cheap crap).

I had a similar experiance today. I made a bunch of choco. chip cookies yest. (dont' know why i guess its part of my self destructive habits) BUT I got up this morning and went to reach for one and then changed my mind...its sooo not worth it!!
 
good job with the pizza beagle, and good job newbride with the cookies!! I dont think I could pass up a homemade choco chip cookie! yum! lol. Hope everyone is doing good so far today, there is a huge snowstorm outside my door today, so no work! ya!! lots of snow falling!
 
One more day! I am so determined to eat extra good today so that I can at least report some loss to all of you! I'll admit I weighed myself this morning, and have made some progress, but not quite enough.

I'll admit though, I'm getting a bit sick of veggie subs, but they're the best thing to eat on campus. :p
 
beagle, its all about doing the best you can do. We aren't in this for money, its really just for your own personal benefit...so don't even worry about it!
