Hey guys, this is your support team for the next 6 full weeks! I would like to see you all supporting each other! Don't just stop in to post your weight and leave. I know we will all have those weeks, but lets really try to lean on each other. REMEMBER if you drop out, your costing your team points!! Its up to this team to keep each other in check and make sure we're all hanging in there!


Here is your chart, please copy and paste Your weigh in and points are to be calculated from the previous week. For example: on aug. 01 you weigh in....then keep track of your exercise and mini challenge points throughout the week. When you weigh in on August 08, post your loss and the points earned throught that past week. I hope I explained that right? Let me know if you have questions!

Hey everyone :)
Trust it to be me who has one of those days on the first day! It's only 13:16 and I've been up almost 8 hours *cries*
Actually it's not been that bad, just tiring. Had two flapjack things, but we're out of cheese and I'll prolly have chicken for tea so it shouldn't actually be too bad overall.
I'm doing the 30 day shred, so half an hour exercise a day at least for me :)
I'm on day three today so might have to do it for a bit longer than 30days!
Also, my scales broke :( So I'm using crappy ones til next week.

Why couldnt this have started last week? I would have logged in 7hrs of excersise and I lost 6lbs, lol. Hopefully I can do just as well for the next 6 weeks. My starting weight for this challenge is going to be 274lbs.

I wish the rest of my team the best of luck.

Hey everyone!

I've had a good week this last week so I'm hoping this first week of the challenge will be even better.

Anyway, I'm ready to exercise my butt of this week to really rack up the points for our team!

My preliminary goal for the six weeks:
15 lbs loss + 6 x (3 hours cardio weekly) + 6 x (1 hour weights weekly) = 39 points total

Okay, this is a little bit of topic and I'm definitely in enemy territory (Haha, wrong team's thread!) but I just had to say that I love that you developed a formula to predict the number of points you'll obtain in the next six weeks. :D :D :D You just spoke directly to this mathematician's heart. I'm stealing it and using in my own team's thread. :p
 
Figured I should probably put down some more info.
Doing 30 day shred like I said above (3.5 exercise points)
Will probably bust out my dance mat for half an hour a coupld of times (1.5 exercise points)
Walking with my boyfriend on an evening, trying to get our normal walk down to half an hour so I might start the longer one to get the points up :p (1.5 exercise points)
So far thats 6.5 exercise points a week. I'm hoping for a 4lb drop this week due to the introduction of new harder exercise.
So fingers crossed I can pull 10 points this week?

I liked your improvement too [putting 6 x ( __ lbs )], that's much slicker.

I think I'm gonna have to up my exercise to keep up with everyone!
 
I think I might have to up my exercise too...
There are some pretty hardcore people in the other groups!
Good thing is, if we up the exercise we will also up the weight loss and the speed at which we build muscle (and win the challenge :p) :) It's a win win win situation lol
 
To much math for me, lol.

My goal is going to be 20lbs for the 6 weeks. I also plan on excercising at least 10hrs a week. I logged in 20.8 miles on the treadmill last week. Trying for 25 miles this week

Im starting this week out strong. Just got back from my walk/run. The Nike+ app for my ipod is really helping me to push myself to put in that extra mile. Today I did 10.25 miles in 2.5hrs.

I hope everybody else had a great day as well.
 
Headed for the gym now. Will get an hour in before work and will probably go to the gym after work as well for at least an hour depending on what time I get off. Sucks not having a set time I get off work.
 
I didn't do any exercise yesterday but I wasn't feeling too good, however I will do twice as much today to make up for it :p
And my scales love me today, 1.5 lbs less than yesterday :)
My scales have been pretty much dropping by a little everyday so I think it should be pretty accurate so :)
Any one seen anything of BlueWonder recently? Might pop over if she has a thread just so she knows she's with us.

Wow dude well done on all the hours you're putting in. Keep up the awesome work!

I've done an hour run so far today. Hopefully I'll clock in another hour before the day's done.

Well my food today has been pretty good I think, maybe a little too much cheese but no where near as many eggs as yesterday!!
In about an hour I'm going to do my DVD, that means only 30 mins of exercise today because I've not had chance to do it twice, so I will tomorrow instead.
Tried to convince my boyfriend to go for a walk today but he wasn't having any of it lol.....
Hehe I think I just bribed him into doing a walk then the DVD :p Thats 1.5 - 2 hours worth lol
Back in a bit, and I will be knackered :p
 
Just got home from the gym. Only put in 45 minutes tonight and had to really push myself to get that much. My foot was starting to bother me so I called it a day. So that is 1hr 45mins of exercise for today.

I have a rather physical job as well so really I got about 9 hrs of exercise today, lol.
