Hello Team! I am back from a mini vacation. Did not do much exercise, except all the walking I did in Washington D.C. to find my car (Walked at least 4 miles). My food choices were not that great. I am afraid to get on the scale this Friday. Anyway, I started exercising again last night. It felt like I have not exercise in weeks. I did 3 miles on the treadmill and some abs.
How did everyone do?
