I'm down to 209.2 today!! Thursday I start weight watchers officially.

weekend was good - not as much exercise as planned b/c i was sore but i'm ready to kick it into high gear again this week.

I WILL BREAK THIS PLATEAU!!! :p
 
Skyler, you CAN kick that plateau in the butt! Just keep at it!

I'm back (thank goodness!! LOL) and I don't forsee any other vacations in the near future! LOL

WIll try to catch up on everyone soon :D
 
thanks BizeB. Man, it doesnt feel like it. I've been so good. I am now starting to wonder (again) if i am eating enough. the more articles i read, talks about plateaus cause from the whole starvation "fight or flight" response but i have upped my calories to about 1600/day averaged over the week. It used to be 1200. I dont know. I've increased my weights and cardio, increased my calories, increased my water intake....i'm totally baffled and pretty much bummed....:(

sorry for being such a downer, but it is creeping up on a month at the same weight. ugh.
 
Sorry that I've been kinda MIA lately- but I'm feeling more together now and I'm back on track. Luckily my weight is even a little lower than my initial weigh-in - lol

skyler, I had a 2 1/2 month plateau that I JUST got rid of! I know where you're coming from, believe me! It sucks but it can be worked through. YOu just have to keep going - giving up cannot be an option!

HI everyone sorry i havent been in touch with yall. Last week i did pretty good i exercised and drink lots of water which was a big change because i usually drink coke. I only drank about two diet cokes and a gateraide. My problem is changing my eating habits. I lost 1 pound , which is not much but i glad i didnt gain any thing. this week i am going to try to exercise more and eat more healty. Hopefully see better impovement.
 
Well it looks like a lot of us are getting out and about! Well aside from falling off the wagon I think I have gotten back on track. I kinda feel like I'm letting the team down. I'm glad to see so many of you have been so well behaved and are doing really well! I hope the rest of the week gets better!
 
I'm kind of going up and down right now! I'm at 210.6 - I went out for Indian food Monday night, and DH and I hadn't been spending much time together - so we drove downtown, and spent the day there.... including dinner. But - I was up to 211.4 on Tuesday, and now I'm back down to 210.6.

I'm staying on track the rest of the week though!

sorry to say i might not contribute much this week :(
im gonna run an extra 30 min tommorow, i only started running again this week, so if all goes well i REALLY wanna be down from 238.. i won't know till friday weigh-in haha

weighed in this morning at 175.6 so. for this week, nothing lost, nothing gained :eek:

hope you all did better than this peanut!:D
 
Not bad BizeB!!!! NONE GAINED IS A HUGE ACCOMPLISHMENT.

i am down 1 lb. a very stubborn one but it is gone ;). now onto the next one!

now at 142.
 
I weighed in at 210.2 this morning. Started at 214, so I've lost a total of 3.8 lbs during the 2 weeks.
 
246 total loss 2 pounds

No matter how long I stood on that scale and willed it to show 245, it just wouldn't happen. I wanted to see 245, I feel thin today ;)
