Okay- so my goal weight by the end of this 2 week challenge is the same as Nemesis- minimum 229.5. Of course I'd prefer to be a little further away from 230, but I'm not expecting miracles. Last challenge I think I lost about 6? pounds... so that would put me right where I need to be this time around.

Now I'm off to go home and do my TurboJam so that I can bust some blubber!
 
Hey - I want to warn you all - I'm a scale-a-holic - don't talk me down, it's not worth it - lol - I weigh DAILY!!! Always have!!! Maybe once I get down close to my goal weight I will break the habit a bit, but for now - I weigh myself daily. Anyone else??

OH - and I weigh myself in the morning AND at night - LOL!
 
Hey Jenny- I weigh myself daily too- but I usually don't change my weight on here until Mondays... I don't like moving my ticker up and down, up and down, while my weight fluxuates throughout the week.
 
lol bep, stop spying on us, you'll steal our carefully acquired intel. like for example how we figured out diet and excercise can reduce weight =|

I am plagued with the same affliction. I have gone a week not weighing myself but really no longer. Actually at the end of this challenge I am going to try going one month just to see if I can do it!
 
Hi all, just wanted to pop in a sec and let ya know DON'T panick if you don't see a post from me for a while. I am camping until the 6th but (since we aren't too far from home) I will TRY to pop in and check in atleast once whilst we're gone :D SO far so good goes the loss (now to keep it that way!! LOL)

Hope you all are doing well and I KNOW we can kick butt :D
 
It's monday! How was your weekend? Hi guys it is a fresh new day and a fresh new week!

Are we weighing in on friday for a mid week challenge check in?

Anyway I didn't do so well on the weekend because I didn't eat all that great. I stepped on the scale and it looks like I'm up 2lbs. I'm hoping it's just the sodium.

Well - I'm down 3 lbs so far... My dogs got out of the yard yesterday - and I had to run all over town looking for them - I'm sure that had something to do with it!!! My Fat black lab was found walking on the sidewalk - like she had somewhere to go - lol - dh opened the back - and she jumped right in.

My other one (husky shephard) was found by her tag. Thank goodness I paid the $3.00 and got one of those plastic tags from petco for her!!! They were both utterly exhausted! As were we - lol.

Anyway - got off topic a bit - I'm really hoping to be down under 205 by August 28th. Only 6 more lbs to go!
 
Hello everyone, my weekend was alright but, like you jennifuffa, my diet wasnot I didnt weigh myself it probally be up a few pounds.Its okay though cuz today i started off with a bowl of oatmeal and a lg glass of water instead of a potatoe and egg taco and I'am about to go try an aerobics class in a little bit. So Iam trying to start this week off right.
 
I am so down again this morning! I'm at 210.8!

I'm so happy to be back on track - I have been putting things off for so long!!

It's the whole "I quit smoking - I deserve to eat thing" ya, that only works for so long!!!
