You guys are all doing really well, what a team.
Unfortunately my weight loss is going to be slowed down..............turns out I'm pregnant!
With strong medical support I am determined to keep losing though and my doc thinks I can safely lose around 1lb a week and still keep the babies safe! So now I have a bit more energy and spending less time with my head down the toilet I hope to be back on here supporting you all.......go capulets!!

Yes, it looks like non identical twins but we don't know the sex yet. I already have two so reeling from the shock! Still, a bit of morning sickness will help with our numbers! It actually great to have this challenge to keep my weight down.

I did alright need to figure out a workout time might half to get up super early to work out before work im pretty pooped at the end of the day..

SOOOO... I gained 2 lbs! I'll have to get back to eating right. Is everyone afraid to post! Or is everyone just busy with family and stuff like that. I knew I was eating a lot of junk and boy can I feel it. I feel sluggish and more tired. Well tonight will be my last night to eat junk for a while! Tomorrow I plan to throw out any junk foods have leftover from the holidays.

I wanted to apologize for not posting since Nov. PC failure was the initial troubles and my father passed away on xmas day. So I haven't been around.
