As promised, I'm dropping in to cheer you guys on in your quest to win the challenge! So here goes ...

Great cheer!

Well I managed to get an hour of exercise in today again...50 min cardio and 10 minutes with my swiss ball and light weights.

Split it into half hour sessions, one in the morning and one in the afternoon. Was a little more of a struggle this afternoon :banghead:as it is bloody hot here, apparently we are having a heat wave....

Hope everyone is doing well!

P.S. I like 'Sweet Cheeks' too for the team name. :)

Ha ha thanks JZ, that was perfect! Well I'm going to have to make sure I get up each morning and jump on my desk-mill so that I can post and read about everyone since my computer at work doesn't seem to like this forum much. :toetap05: That's good though cuz it will give me insentive to get up and get the AM cardio in...

Anyhow... I'm Paula, I've been a member here for 3 years and during those three years I've gained and lost basically the same 10-20 pounds. I would like to get down to 135 and I'm currently 151.6 as of this morning! Yeah already 1.5 lost and it's only day 3 of this challenge! As I do my morning cardio I will browse around everyone's diaries and get to know you all... LOTS of new people to get to know! :hurray:

BTW- nice avatar Karl but next time ask if you can post my a** for all to see! Haha j/k (I WISH I had a butt like that!)

Hey everyone I know I'm a little late. I was in the heart of Toronto yesterday and did not have access to a computer. Anyways I'll introduce myself since I'm sure hardly anyone here knows me

My name is Amanda. I am 21 years old and live just north of Toronto Ontario. I have been part of this forum since May and actually managed to get down to 133. I have since gained all my weight back but am determined to get down to my goal weight. This is my year!!

Anyways I like the sweet cheeks name as well. I can get pretty intense with my workouts so that won't be a problem. Sticking to good eats will be the biggest challenge for me but for the sake of kicking all my friends on team 1's butts I will religiously stick to good eating through this challenge. I'm pretty shy when it comes to new people and usually have a hard time conversing but I'll try to participate in the smack talk and the conversation as much as possible.
 
OK Team SWEET CHEEKS!!!! I got'em pretty riled up over there at team 1 camp..... Now, they are going to hit it hard, which is good, because nothing raises peoples games like having ACTUAL competition!!! :D Let's keep hittin it hard Ladies and Cabbie!!! We got to OWN this challenge!!!!!
 
Well got my hour of exercise in this morning...just about killed myself doing my circuit, but pushed through it...very proud! Let's go team sweet cheeks!:smilielol5:
 
Paula, sorry I didn't ask for permission first. I have no doubt though that you ass will look like that when this challenge is over!!

Amanda, Glad you managed to getonto a computer... I know you've got a bunch of friends on team 1, me too (some of them keep poppping in over here to "Motivate" us), But let's face it, we're gonna own this challenge.

JZ, Rousing the rabble huh? Good call!! Yeah we gota make up for some of these little drive by's that keep dropping in over here...
 
we just gota hit em where it hurts in the weight loss department. I am down 3.4 pounds since friday (3.1 since the start of the challenge ) :)
 
Nice!!!!!!!!! Kick it hard. I'm down 4 lbs myself! We're so gonna dominate this....

nice job everyone! way to shed those pounds and keep up with exercising!

so i'm out of town for an interview (in the middle of nowhere--rochester, MN).....but I have been good so far. I walked past the dairy queen and all the fatty restaurants and went to a subway and had a nice 6 inch veggie. They take us out to dinner the night before, so I'm hoping to find something "not as bad" on the menu, but I should definitely be able to stay under my designated calories; unfortunately it wont be the "healthiest" way!

This challenge is motivating me so much that I'm considering hopping on the elliptical at the gym here for 30 or so minutes.....I'm heavily debating it as I have to be somewhere in a couple hours and would have to shower so would be rushing a bit. I guess you all will find out how motivated I really am if I squeeze that workout in :).


ANYWAY GO TEAM 2!!!!!!!!!!!! Keep up all the hard work everyone!!!!!!!!!
 
Hi Team 2 :). Any idea where angelica and kirti23 are? You probably have no idea. We'll have to figure out how to handle no shows as it wouldn't be fair to penalize the whole team. A few more people wanted to enter the challenge and are keeping score on their own, so I may add them in for next week. If you know your two MIA members, get them to sign into the spreadsheet :D.
 
Thanks Claudia, I've been checking in on them and left some PM's... I'm hoping they'll show up.

Nice job everyone so Far we're all getting our numbers into the sheet and doing a kick ass job!!!

I did another 60 minutes of exercise today, so I've now logged in 4.5 hours total.. I logged my 100 points into the sheet. It lloks like I'm not the only one there, and there are a few who are just a few minutes away from their goals too. Stay on top and log those points...

Sweet Cheeks rule!
 
Hello guys! So, have we decided on a name yet? I like Team Sweet Cheeks too :) The spreadsheet STILL hates me so I'm gonna have to keep relying on other members until I can make it work. I hope it's ok to post yesterday's points tonight ..
