We are being reduced to our common denomonator Cabbie... I don't know about you... but I kinda like it!! :D :D

I'm JZ, my friends call me JZ ;)... I have three amazing kids who have me wrapped around their fingers and whom I have 90% of the time, am recently divorced (I like to refer to it as my AMAZING ONE DAY, 125 POUND WEIGHT LOSS), and have been a member of the forum since September(Officially). I've had some success, and I owe quite a lot of it to great support and friendships here!! This place is wonderful... the people are terrific, and motivating as hell!! Good luck to TEAM _______ !! Seriously though... I'm okay with whichever name we go with but if there are eliminations along the way... we prolly shouldn't use a number in the title.

So, I'm voting for team Sweet Cheeks. I like it. Besides, we can have fun with it and team 1 can go ahead and razz us all they want... until all they can see is a view of our cheeks as we disappear out of sight!

I'll check in on everyone later... just had to pop in and see how the challenge was going and make sure everyone was good and pumped!!!

Edit: Just wanted to point out that I'm gonna be around later to check on everyone because I need to go work out now... After todays work out, I should be close to having my 4 hours for the week already... C'mon people, make me proud!! Show me what you can all do!!!

Well I've got in my morning exercise, will do another session this afternoon to get that hour in.

I have a dilemma...I am not at home next week, and will not have internet access, this means I won't be able to make sure my 10 points are filled in for eating for the Tuesday for the team add up at the end of the week. The other days I can catch up when I get back, but that day will be missing from my week...so it will look like I've gone awol...:leaving: I can fill in my exercise points because I will have easily got the 4 hours in before I leave...it's just that last day. The pain is I know I am going to be sticking to my plan, so would be able to add that 10.
I really don't want to let you guys down, because it will mean you wont have my extra points for being good all week.

Ahhh dilemmas!
 
your visiting Sydney right ? there are plenty of internet cafe's scattered around you might be able to drop into one ??

I have an idea....will u have a cell phone? You can grab one of our numbers (or you may have someone's) and either text/call one of us and let us know if you've been "good" for those days. Since this google doc is "live" one of us can enter it for you :). I assume there should be no problems with that!


Ok my intro time: I am 25, female, in my last year of medical school. I joined this forum about a year ago after I had put on about 20 lbs from the endless studying/snacking cycle. I got down to my goal weight but recently put on about 7 lbs so have been looking for some motivation to get it down! I've been MIA from this forum for the last 7-8 months! Hopefully I can help the team with weight loss as this really came on recently and should come right off with some determination. If not, I am awesome about working out and will stick to my diet plan for sure! Excited to meet all you--some names are familiar from before but there are lots of you I don't know!

This is supposed to be fun and motivating, not a pain in the ass or filled with dilemmas. If money was involved, well then I might be more hard ass LOL. So really, if you are positive you will be good on that day then you can fill in the 10 points ahead of time. If you screw up on that day, which seems unlikely given your devotion, you can let us know after the fact and we'll figure it out. Remember, any issues just come to me and we'll work it out.

yes I had not thought of that...Is Monday the end of the week for our data, or is Tuesday...I'm getting myself all confused now..because I'm a day ahead here it might be alright because we fly out late on the Tuesday. Bugger I am totally confusing myself being a day ahead...will have to look at the spreadsheet again...:leaving:

I absolutely LOVE my team 2! I wanted to let you know that my life is really hectic this week, but I am doing my part. I exercised yesterday for 30 minutes, and today I plan on exercising for an hour. I will catch up on everything (and everyone) come Saturday- as long as nothing else chaotic comes up. lol. Sorry I'm not here, but I promise I am kicking ass! THis is really important to me.
 
Thanks for the update from Paula JZ, I was gonna e-mail her tonight and bug the crap outta her anyway!! :D We'll just have to get the points updated as soon as time permits.

Just wanted to say that I'm REALLY psyched about working out because even in this past week I have noticed my arms getting toned and muscle is definitely growing under this fat! lol. I am going to go kick it into high-gear and get an hour of exercise in!
 
Just checking in! You guys are going to be SO PROUD OF ME! Even though I'm going out for my 21st, I managed to fit in cardio earlier. AND THENN when I went out to eat with friends, I only took half of a shot. I decided the alcohol wasn't worth the weight gain!

LET'S GO TEAMMM!!
 
QUESTION: what happens on a rest day? Do you get the full points or a 0 or what? Today's my rest day but I don't want to let that bring the team down!

I don't think the rest day affects you rpoints for your workout as long as u do the 4 hours. The only thing that would affect the points on a day-to-day basis is if you eat a tonnn of food and call it "resting." :) :)

Brandy-great job sticking with your workouts even in the middle of all your stress. Isn't it great to see a change already? keep with it and you'll REALLY start noticing a difference. I can't wait to hear you come bouncing in talking about all the people mentioning how fantastic you're lookin. :D stick with it chica, you're awesome!!!
Bronwyn, as always, you kick a$$. congrats on the 30minutes on your cardio climber. I still doubt I'd make it past 3 minutes, so hell, you're not just kicking some Team 1 butt, but you're kicking mine too. :D
Deanna-a rest day just doesn't add to your total exercise times. you don't loose points, you just don't ADD anything. so no worries, take your break days. just be sure to pump it up on your active days so you still get that 4 hours total. :D
Lilly-glad to see you got everything sorted out for posting, but if you can't make it, just try to let one of us know and we'll fill in for you as best as we can. Have fun on your trip!!!
Karl-great job Cap'n. already noticing a weight loss? wow. Bravo indeed. Keep it up and we'll definately kick some team 1 ass. :D Between you, JZ and Bronwyn, we've got some serious muscle going on. YAY!

Well, I did my hours worth of cardio, thinking about doing a round of pilates and see how I feel. I'm all kinds of motivated after getting on here and seeing how great everyone else is doing. talk about a swift kick in the backside to get me moving some more!!
 
well, today i did awsome, I did a one hour jog in the morning, and half an hour of pilates. I am SOOOO happy to have such an awsome support system!! Thanks Team and keep up with the great work!
