Quick update here....
Ran 4 miles in 57 flat yesterday... felt awesome. Walked 3.3 miles today with my client (who happens to be my Mom ), we are prepping for a 5k race next weekend.
wow I can't wait to be able to do something like that...I keep trying to remind myself that i have to take it slow and I will get better... Still a little unsure wether my treadmill is in Km or miles. Trops was saying that he thinks its miles because 2 km is only 1.2 miles (i was worried if maybe i just walk really slow with my short legs) then last night i asked my mother in law because she has one also. she believes its in Km because my 2/? is faster then hers... i think she might have been confused now that i think about it because miles/hr are faster then km/hr lol
anyway in order to not rack my brain over it I'm trying not to compare myself to all you experienced runners and just imporve my personal best, which is hard to do when your always wondering if you should be pushing harder... right now i do 2miles? per hour for about 30 minutes and most recently started adding intermittent jogging at 2.5 ish for a few minutes here and there... ugh i hate not knowing wether i'm doing things the way i should
