1480 calories yesterday with 65 minutes of exercise (burned 640 calories). Woot! Exercise would have been longer but my damn knee buckled when I was putting down the weight bar. I hit the mat holding my knee in horrible pain. Needless to say, I limped out of the gym and went home to ice and elevate it. Bah!!! My stupid knees!! I jacked both of them up in highschool playing basketball so they now give me problems. I've torn my meniscus in my left knee twice and once in my right knee. Ouch! I've been putting off surgery for years to remove all the scar tissue.
Soo, I may not get to go running this weekend depending on my knee. I'll still do pilates and weight train to get in the remaining 1.5 hours for the weeks goal. I've already met my weight training goal, but hell, exercise is exercise! It's still pretty sore today, but if it continues to feel better, I'll try to get a run in on sunday.
