Weight this night: 82,9kg (182.7 lb)
Weight loss so far: 3,0kg (6.6 lb)
Weight loss week 1 (June 7-14): 2.2kg (4.9 lb)

Hours of sleep: 3:00 - 13:00 (10 hours)

I truly don't remember what I had last Friday and Saturday but I think it was between 1000 - 1500 calories per day.

Food diary - June 18
Breakfast: Woke up around 1pm
Lunch: Fruit bar (128)
Dinner: Chicken burger, potato chips and pees (?)
Other drinks: 1L water (0), Citrus Ice Tea (76), 330ml of cassis (152)
Other foods: A few slices of a small watermelon (+- 50), bun with 2 thin slices of luncheon meat (213)

I had a little smaller portion than the average person I'd say, so I'd say my dinner was around ... 500 kcal?

Total: +- 1119kcal

I sinned pretty badly last night, I think I had about 600 kcal worth of foods, and of course it is bad to eat before you go to bed. I figured that's the reason I got back to 83.4kg.

I decided I would like to practice with portion control. I bought a pack of whole-grain cookies, in case I really want a small snack or something. It's not healthy, but not as unhealthy as other foods I could have gotten. I have a bad habit of eating an entire pack in one night, no matter what I get, it's always gone the same night. I feel like if I can control it, it'll definitely help me with my weight loss.

Weight this morning: 82,4 kg (181.6 lbs)
Weight loss so far: 3,5kg (7.7 lbs)

Food Diary - June 21
Breakfast: Woke up late
Lunch: 150 grams of red grapes (114)
Dinner: 5 KFC filet bites with BBQ sauce (+- 300), about half a normal sized portion of fries (+- 200)
Snack: Whole-grain cookie (39)
Other drinks: 1.5L of water (0)

Total: 653 kcal

Sidenote: KFC has a calorie table, filet bites were 51.2 kcal each, but I figured since some were a little bigger, and I had a little BBQ sauce with them, it'd be around 300. I was surprised a normal sized portion of french fries was 413 kcal o-o Probably because of the salt and fat I suppose.

Forgot to mention:
Weight loss week 1 (June 7-14): 2.2kg (4.9 lbs)
Weight loss week 2 (June 14-21): 1.3kg (2.8 lbs)

So, yesterday I felt so sick! I was really happy with the amount of calories I had, but I was staying at my boyfriends place, and we decided to do a drinking game. I think that because I had eaten so little, I got drunk very quickly. And with that came nausea. I threw up, not because I wanted to purge or anything, but I felt so sick. The morning after I still felt really sick and for some reason my legs were very, very tired. I had a hard time standing up or eating anything. I couldn't do my exercises either, so that's gonna be a lot of exercising after this weekend (staying at home, can't do exercises because I sleep in the same room as my brother).

Right after my dinner I still weighed 81,0kg. So I did lose more weight.

I just don't know how you'd do it - I'd faint if I had to go under 1000! It's obviously working for you, though. It'll be interesting to see the differences in our losses come weigh-in time.

I think the main reason I'm able to stay under 1,000 is because I eat when I'm hungry. For example, after dinner I wait as long as possible before having a last snack. When I've had lunch I wait as long as possible to have dinner. If I get hungry in the meantime, I'll just take a small snack.

That's a good way of doing it! I eat when I'm hungry too, but that seems to be more often than you. Different strokes for different folks!

Your body isn't going to be able to manage on so few calories - you might be doing your body damage eating so little :(
