It is, even though I haven't been in the gym for 2 weeks. At least when I umpire I don't grow roots behind the plate, thats some exercise anyway hehe .

This photo is from about 15 minutes ago. I was 168lbs and 13.5% BF.

My workout is switching to mostly cardio for my Mt. Rainier summit attempt this Summer. So, my BF should drop a bit more. But, my weight prolly won't go up much from now on until June (when I climb it).

BTW - I shaved about a week ago. I think it shows what little muscles there are a little better.

I need to work on those pecs... But, I won't mind being at the beach looking like this. Not to mention, being married (for 11 years), having a daughter, and being almost 40 YO. Not bad for an old man!

Dafoe is pretty dead on also. Especially Dafoe in Spiderman (different hair color of course).

i plan to add as much muscle mass as possible this summer, so i probably wont have much of a six pack going...however, given that i will be working in oklahoma for the summer, i dont think im going be being doing a lot of cruising the beaches either...so it kind of works out.
