had a rescue call right after making the meal and the guy in the back of the ambulance wanted to know what smelled so good. lol. left overs for lunch today.![]()
haha thats sweet.
Does your calf feel better if you stretch first? How about if you do or don't stretch after a run..does either make a difference in how the next morning goes? Maybe you said something about that already..sorry if you have.
You are as tall as my husband...and I cannot imagine him weighing less than even 190. Seriously. He'd look like a skeleton! I'd say you're doing very well!
usually doesn't make a difference. at all.
skeleton huh? yeah, not quite a skeleton over there unfortunately.
Hmm I know how frustrating injuries can be, but moreso when you can't figure out how to make them better! I'm sorry
My husband has a bigger build so I'm sure that has a lot to do with it. He looks just right at around 195-200. I'm still not convinced though-maybe you need to throw up some pictures![]()

I play a doctor on the Internet and I'm baffled. I think it's time to call Dr. House. But seriously, have you been fitted for running shoes? Also, what kind of runner are you? Are you stomper?... long strides, heavy strike, head bobbing up and down?
Managed 30 mins yesterday at a 10 min/mi pace. No calf pain. Warmed up on bike, stretched thoroughly before and after. will be stretching throughout the day and trying again tonight.
