Middle of the pack for max lift, but dead last for coefficient :11doh:

Edit: I go parallel, no belt, no help, just strength.

I did that for a few sets of 3 so I'll test my max again soon as it should be higher
 
I kinda got an idea, what about making another list with 20rep squats? the 10rm 10 last reps being singles kinda thing? 20 rep squats are hardcore, and those who have dared to try them should be honored in the squat chart.
I don't know how many people would be on the list though.. I'm just throwing out an idea.
 
Karky I will gladly put myself on the list for that is a good idea.

I agree that the 20 rep squat is hardcore and a good idea to have.
