Squat Chart

Post your max squat numbers here and include your bodyweight! You actually have to lift it, no calculators. There will be one coefficient list (Squat/Bodyweight) and one max pull list. At minimum you must hit parallel for the lift to go here, no 1/4 squats shall be thought of as good.

What's legal? Parallel, 1 inch below, ATG...?

(I'm just avoiding putting my ****ty numbers up here)

1.66 - jmanjman47 (290/175)

290 - jmanjman47

This was at the very minimum parallel. My squat probably is like way lower to this since I haven't squatted in monthes so I posted my PR.

230 - Merciless

1.39 - Merciless (230/165)

That is breaking parallel at the NE PL comp in May. My squat sucked then, and it sucks now =] Only room to improve.

OK, it's squat day today so I'll try and get a 1rm for you guys. If anything the coefficient score should shame me into trying harder

Is this only for people bulking? I do squats every weight day. I got this for yesterday:

210 - Dallen

1.24 - Dallen (210/170)

I agree. I think my leg strength is there to squat some more weight, but my core can't support it. I'm just too skinny there. So belts are a good idea.

ye but this is the problem, you using a belt is helping you compensate for your lack of core strength and thus is giving you an advantage in squatting that those who don't have/use a belt don't have. So if belts are going to be used I would suggest either 2 different tables or that on the table it is indicated if a belt was used.

I dont think a belt helps you actually lift more weight, it just helps prevent injury to the back etc. Therefore i dont think it matters if we wear belts when squatting, i just think youll have a greater chance to end up with injury if you are squatting 1rm without a belt.

Ill have to post my 1rm, i do 200lbs in sets of 8, so i think im gonna aim for the 300 mark to start with. :)

165 - Nae82

1.27 - Nae82 (165/130)

tested this over the weekend.. well, i thought that i had gotten my DL max over my squat max but I guess not.
